Siamo tornati ancora in questo locale dove ancora una volta abbiamo mangiato pesce veramente straordinario, complimenti ancora. Purtroppo però c'è stato un disservizio grave. Nonostante la prenotazione il nostro tavolo era già occupato e ne hanno allestito uno "di fortuna" di fianco all'ingresso dei bagni. Abbiamo fatto tutto il pranzo con il via vai degli altri commensali dal bagno. Io credo che questo in un ristorante di alto livello, quale è L Araba Fenice, non debba accadere. Inoltre io credo che in una situazione del genere il minimo che si debba fare è offrire i dolci, piuttosto che una bottiglia di vino, o gli amari. E invece nulla, si sono semplicemente scusati. Peccato. Ora non è per fare polemica ma proprio non mi è piaciuto. Probabilmente torneremo comunque perché ripeto il cibo merita.

We returned again to this place where once again we ate truly extraordinary fish, congratulations again. Unfortunately, however, there was a serious disservice. Despite the reservation, our table was already occupied and they set up a "makeshift" one next to the entrance to the bathrooms. We had the whole lunch with the comings and goings of the other diners from the bathroom. I believe that this should not happen in a high-level restaurant, such as L Araba Fenice. Furthermore, I believe that in such a situation the least that should be done is to offer sweets, rather than a bottle of wine, or bitters. But nothing, they simply apologized. Sin. Now this isn't to be controversial but I really didn't like it. We will probably return anyway because I repeat the food is worth it. ********************************************* Had lunch in this nice restaurant in Fontevivo. Greeted kindly by the staff (I think it was the owner) who accompanied us to the table. Very tidy rooms and I appreciated the invitation to keep the tone of voice appropriate so as not to disturb the others who was on the table. The menu, fish only, is not very extensive but the dishes are excellent (at least the ones I ate). The portions are very generous. The only flaw, but I think it is due to the fact that on Sunday it was very full (as the owner told us apologetically on the way out), it is not so much the long waiting times (it happens), but the fact that A lot of time passed between the delivery of my dish (hot) and that of my partner (cold) and while waiting, mine got cold too. But this doesn't change my super positive opinion of this place where I will definitely return. Prices appropriate to the above, reservations are essentially mandatory. Che dire prodotti di qualità,tutto fatto in casa,abbiamo preso 2 antipasti 2 primi 2 dolci 1 acqua e 1 coca. I due antipasti la zuppa e il crudo di gambero,i due primi una pappardelle e ravioli deliziosi,e i due dolci due sorbetti pesca e menta. Complimenti davvero.
