A pleasant surprise, a restaurant discovered by chance wandering the streets of Spoleto. Simple but tasty dishes, good wine list. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is not very large but welcoming. Good quality/price ratio. Must try

We stayed in Spoleto for ten days in April 2024 on the first leg of a month-long visit to Italy. Our B&B hosts recommended nearby l’Angolo Antico for our first night’s dinner (after a delayed and lengthy trans-Atlantic flight and transfer from Rome Airport), in part because of its location, but also because it is a casual family-run restaurant with rustic decor and and a relaxed vibe. We shared two local specialties, a pasta dish and a local vegetables, as well as a rustic bread and all were very good. The service was friendly and the price was quite reasonable.
