Happened by chance with the family on Christmas day. I was expecting a simple meal considering I hadn't booked and it was December 25th. Instead we found a warm and welcoming family-run environment, excellent food, homemade pasta, in short, everything was delicious 😋

A pleasant surprise, a restaurant discovered by chance wandering the streets of Spoleto. Simple but tasty dishes, good wine list. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is not very large but welcoming. Good quality/price ratio. Must try

Siempre nos alojamos en un apartamento al otro lado de la calle de L'Angolo y cenamos aquí a menudo para el almuerzo, así como la cena. Anarita, Domenico, Paulo y Cristine son anfitriones maravillosos y siempre nos hacen sentir muy bienvenidos. Todas las comidas están recién hechas y las pizzas de leña son las mejores en Spoleto en nuestra opinión. El Strangozzi al tartufo es mi favorito absoluto, así como la caramela, aunque la penne al norcia tampoco se puede perder. Los vinos de la casa son muy buenos y bien valorados en 7 euros por medio litro y 10 euros por un litro completo. Normalmente vamos a las 8: 00 pm ya que puede estar muy ocupado después de las 9 : 00 pm

04/01/2025: The restaurant is located in Montone, a short distance from Perugia, about 30 minutes by car. Without going on too long, I can only say that it is one of those restaurants where you want to return and as far as I'm concerned there are very few of them. Excellent welcome and food, all in a truly relaxing and tastefully furnished location. I will definitely return. Congratulations
03/11/2024: ATMOSPHERE AND PRICES LIKE A STARRED RESTAURANT...BUT WHERE ARE THE STARS? Exorbitant prices for a menu, wines and service with some slips. Too bad.

Il Molino Ristorante

04/02/2025: Provare per credere. Location unica e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il ristorante è ricavato all'interno di un ambiente storico, lasciato quasi intatto. La cucina l'abbiamo trovata strepitosa. Non un solo piatto è risultato banale. Complimenti anche allo staff, sempre molto gentile ed attento.
26/12/2024: Dove alloggiavamo ci hanno proposto questa location e devo dire che è una delle migliori della zona! A livello di accoglienza e cibo! Ambiente curato e fine, ove si è trattati con professionalità! Cibo di qualità! Consiglio vivamente per chi visita Spello!
