The food was very tender and cooked as requested, the roast potatoes were tasty and the salad was fresh, all presented very well and could be eaten with your eyes. Even the olive oil at the table was really good and of good quality. Small but very welcoming environment and the staff also very kind. We ate very well

One of the best gastronomic experiences I had in Tuscany. Well presented dishes with excellent flavor and preparation. Suzanna and Alberto were cordial and very attentive. The environment is beautiful and welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great experience in Montepulciano.

Exceptional is the only word to say,....pig cooked in an exemplary manner...crispy rind....... pici all'aglione....aveccene the fantastic homemade gnocchi

My husband and I had a delicious and warm lunch here. The pici all’aglione was off the charts. A must-try because the dish is local to the region. Servers were very happy and attentive. My husband ordered the duck leg which was great as well. We shared the pumpkin flan for antipasto which was amazing!

07/02/2025: I went to the truffle inn with my wife and daughter. Excellent trattoria with truffle-based dishes. Attentive, kind and professional staff. Highly recommended!
25/12/2024: It's not just a dinner, but an experience. Family-run place with friendly and kind people. At the end of the evening the owner showed up with his owl 😂 All the foods are truffle based and are delicious. Modest prices

02/02/2025: My Saturday evening food and wine tour, after a 92 kilometer journey, brought me to this tavern and it was a pleasant surprise. Rustic but elegant atmosphere, friendly and precise service, very good dishes and very beautiful dishes. And for me, who am President of an opera association, the pleasure of dining next to an ancient poster of an opera show at the Teatro della Lizza in Siena. And to say that the room would be very suitable for organizing dinners/concerts... Who knows...
10/11/2024: Ate wonderfully, a big round of applause for the kitchen, real dishes of Tuscan cuisine.
