This Michelin-star restaurant is located at a renovated old castle in Tuscany, Costello del Nero.
I don’t post a lot about food, but this was a very unique experience, a combination of tasty, fine food, service and ambience. Every dish meticulously done and carefully arranged. In addition to the food we ordered, we were served an opening tasting of 5 finger-food dishes, a pre-desert sorbet, and a “goodbye” selection of finger-sized sweets.
Don”t miss this restaurant if you visit Tuscany.
Excelent experience and great food. Very good service, the food was varried and in a proper amount. location is a bliss. Good wine pairing. The check was significant but as expected for a Michelin star.
