This was an awesome dining experience for my wife and I. The view sitting on the terrace overlooking the hot spring and stone buildings was amazing. We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing. We thought it was only 4 courses, but there was 7! Definitely worth the €99 each. Highly recommend!

First of all, we recommend sitting at the table on the alley in front of the thermal pool (which we chose) to be able to admire the circling of the swallows at dusk.
The service was excellent thanks to the empathy and notable professionalism of Cristian the waiter.
Compliments also to the chef for the preparation of original, tasty and high quality gourmet dishes.
Excellent value for money and in line with the prices of restaurants in Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza and Arezzo.
All this contributed to making this evening truly unique and special.

Not sure if Italians are racist but every restaurant we’ve been to the service is very bad ! They seem to be friendly to fellow Italians though, so makes me wonder. Nicely plated but the taste doesn’t match up

I went to the restaurant with my partner for the candlelit evening and the atmosphere was really very romantic between the candles all over the terrace and the live music which allowed us, together with the availability and preparation of the waiters, to spend truly a wonderful evening. For the food we chose the tasting menu with matching wine and it was all delicious but the best was the guinea fowl cooked in clay with all the smells... FABULOUS!!!
At the end of the evening Laura, the very helpful owner, accompanied us inside where we took home oil they produced, stock and a few bottles of wine.

Ottimo ristorante nella caratteristica Bagno Vignoni
Location molto bella davanti alla vasca di acqua termali con riflessi e colori particolari soprattutto al.tramonto buona la tagliata ottimo il vino e non potrebbe essere diverso

La location è fantastica, i camerieri molto gentili, le ricette tutte molto curate. Ho provato i pici al ragù di chianina, il farrotto con gli zucchini, il controfiletto cottura da un solo lato, e i cantiucci col vin santo. Da provare altre ricette. Un po' caro.
