I only ate a pizza, huge, thin and well cooked and finished with an excellent panna cotta. Pizza like this, although good, is not my type (I prefer Neapolitan) but I know how to recognize quality products and those from the tavern are.

What can I say, gnocchi with ragu, tonnarelli ragu and mushrooms, pizza and finally mont blanc for dessert! Absolute goodness. We are tourists passing through and will certainly return. Super nice staff! Thanks guys!!!

Even after the third course I emptied my plate. We started with a rustic appetizer, Tonnarelli with porcini mushrooms Gnocchi with ragu Margherita with ham... and finally the tiramisu, it made me dream! I recommend it!

It was a very satisfying dinner! The fish dish with tomato sauce was really delicious. I want to eat it again!! The steak was okay. All the staff were friendly and I had a pleasant meal. Grazie!

We were satisfied. Sensational fish carbonara! Very good tiramisu, efficient and helpful service. An informal place with local cuisine at very good prices. I recommend it.

Good restaurant, shame about the eel which, being small in size, was better fried rather than grilled, so ask for the size first to agree on the type of cooking

Siamo stati qui in occasione del nostro soggiorno a bolsena, ci siamo complimentati per tutto personale gentile e professionale con ragazzi giovani ed educati. ottima rapporto qualità prezzo, tempi di attesa brevi e prodotti buonissimi lo consigliamo. p.s. grazie per la candelina per il compleanno di mia moglie

27/01/2025: A place that has remained in my heart since the first time and has become a fixed destination for our lunches for more than a year. Sweet and friendly staff. The place doesn't have many tables and I recommend booking in advance because even just the journey from Rome is worth it. On nice days it is also possible to eat outside. The menu is always a surprise as the ingredients often change with the seasons. From personal experience I recommend focusing on the starters and first courses which I find truly exceptional. Even the desserts deserve a lot!!
01/12/2024: Very nice in December with the covers outside, but with the sun it's nice, unfortunately everything is in a hurry due to the traffic police issuing fines, the girl who brought the chickpea and chestnut soup making the broth come out of the plate!

17/11/2024: Welcoming restaurant, professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Space food from the appetizer through the first course to the second course and finally the dessert. All really delicious and highly recommended.
