La Tavernetta In Bolsena

Always worth a visit. We come here every time we're in Bolsena, at least once at the beginning of our vacation, and often again at the end of our vacation. The pizzas are huge, ultra-thin, and delicious. Freshly ground pepper is available upon request, and the toppings are always fresh. Admittedly, we can't comment on the other dishes. But for the pizza and the friendliness and speed of the staff, we give it 10 out of 10 stars.

Everything was so delicious and I would recommend this place. The staff were friendly and good.

Characteristic place in the old town. Very popular. You can also eat outside. Typical dishes cooked on pizza are preferable.

Pizzas look great, price is acceptable, only the Carbonara I know from Italy is different

We had a lovely meal outside. There is something about eating outside, in a narrow street. The food was great, we had a starter and main course with coffee for dessert, for less than 50 euros. An antipasta starter (meat) and steak with basil and grated cheese on top, with rocket on top. It was excellent.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. We were here with seven people and we didn't need to wait. We had some absolutely delicious antipasti, I would especially recommend the pizza Bianco with rosemary and olive oil. For main courses we had a spread of different Pasta, Pizza and Fish dishes. The pizza is incredible with a very thin and crunchy crust. The fried calamari were delicious as were the carbonara di lago. The vino della casa is also really good. The only mediocre dish where the spaghetti carbonara as the emulsion of the sauce broke and the eggs were cooked through. The Ambiente is good, if a little turbulent since the outside tables are on a well traveled alley. All in all I would go here multiple times on a vacation, there are a lot of great dishes, the service is very quick and friendly. Waiters speak English and Italian.

Abbiamo mangiato una sera di maggio in questa pizzeria niente di che devo dire che il servizio è stato molto celere, ma la Pizza mi ha un po’ delusa. Mi dispiace perché il personale comunque è stato molto gentile e disponibile..

Locale in centro molto vicino ai parcheggi, servizio preciso e professionale, menù con scelta di carne e pesce (ovviamente di lago). La nostra scelta è stata antipasto del Lago, carbonara al lago, frittura di lago. Buona scelta di vini,e dolce. Porzioni soddisfacenti e prezzo competitivo. Consigliatissimo
