For me, it's home now, not just a restaurant. I don't want to take anything away from anyone, but for me, eating in Palazzolo is like going to the Taverna. It's been 6 years since we first came here, and it was love at first sight. The excellent cuisine, the quality and deliciousness of every dish, the atmosphere, the kindness, the pleasant hospitality, and that love for cooking and one's work passed down from Father to Son. A great host, he embodies the excellence of Palazzolo cuisine.

Taverna di Bacco is a true gem in the heart of Palazzolo Acreide! The food is absolutely extraordinary, deserving of a full 5 stars: authentic flavors, the freshest ingredients, and dishes crafted with attention to detail. The service is impeccable, attentive, and courteous, making you feel truly pampered. The setting, though small, is very welcoming and well-maintained; I don't know if the size influences the rating, but for me, it's part of its charm. The restaurant is also very clean. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality culinary experience! The ravioli with pork sauce and more...infinitely delicious.
