Very trendy with soft atmosphere

Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was elegant, the service was friendly, and the food was excellent! Centrally located in Fabriano!

We had lunch for four (2 adults and 2 girls). We ordered traditional meatballs, pincinelle with red ragù, and baked smoked scamorza. All accompanied by a basket of warm crescia. Delicious lunch. Friendly staff. Very elegant place.

This charming restaurant is located in Fabriano's historic center, boasting meticulously crafted interiors and furnishings. Upon entering, your gaze wanders over the walls and vaulted ceilings, where plastered areas alternate with exposed brickwork, all carefully crafted. The lighting is discreet, so as not to detract from the charm of the masonry. The overall decor is equally discreet. Kudos to the architect, who expertly combined the existing elements with new ones. The menu offers traditional Marche dishes, all of which are of a high standard. Special mention goes to the smoked duck breast, the truffle ravioli, and the pasta made with water and flour and served with house ragù. The wine cellar offers a good selection of wines. The wait staff is distinguished by their kindness and attentiveness. The quality-price ratio is excellent.

Passing through Fabriano, we stopped for dinner at La Taverna del Palazzo. The quality of the food and the value for money were excellent. The restaurant was meticulously maintained, and the icing on the cake was the owners' professionalism and hospitality. Highly recommended.

The location is very nice, with a very cozy atmosphere. The menu isn't very long but offers a good selection. The food isn't bad, but it's not excellent in my opinion either. The service is a bit slow, unfortunately.

I recommend anyone passing through the area to stop here. The staff is exceptionally kind, and we felt truly pampered. They were even thoughtful enough to give us a table near the French windows to keep our two dogs cool, and they immediately offered them cold water. The parmigiana flan is highly recommended: DELICIOUS.

Sono stato recentemente a La Taverna del Palazzo in occasione di un compleanno e ne sono rimasto davvero colpito. L’ambiente è elegante e accogliente, con un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione e raffinatezza, capace di mettere subito a proprio agio. Il cibo è di altissima qualità: piatti curati nei minimi dettagli, ricchi di gusto e con porzioni generose. Ogni portata è stata una piacevole scoperta. Il personale è semplicemente impeccabile — gentile, professionale e sempre sorridente, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Un ristorante che unisce gusto, atmosfera e servizio in modo eccellente. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio senza esitazione.
