21/07/2025: A truly unique discovery.
A restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, I recommend going in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space.
I have to say that the pizzas are made differently than other types of restaurants, and the high-quality ingredients are also a highlight.
The tartare is incredible, high-quality, and offers a great combination of flavors.
The Magliale Espacial is definitely a must-try, as it's a dish in which the flavors and tenderness of the meat play an important role.
I will definitely return.

This is my second time back at L'Archibugio, and I can confidently say it's become a must-try every time I visit my daughter. This time, too, the experience was impeccable.
We had dinner, and in addition to the delicious dishes, we enjoyed the pleasant evening breeze: the restaurant is immersed in the greenery of the beautiful Umbrian hills, in a peaceful and relaxing setting. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, a place that tastefully blends Umbrian and Tuscan traditions, both in its flavors and its hospitality.
There were four of us, and we started with a cheese platter designed for two, but so rich and delicious that everyone was satisfied: a sublime selection! Next, we ordered the famous "padellino," tasty and generous, followed by pappa al pomodoro (a dish I've never had), and then a tender slice of beef that literally melted in your mouth, accompanied by crispy, flavorful fries. To finish, a delicious dessert and, like true Neapolitans, a coffee that capped off the meal perfectly.
All accompanied by water, local wine, and impeccable service: very kind, attentive staff, always ready to make sure everything was going well.
A welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and friendly service: top marks.
