The house appetizers were excellent, the fried fish was very fresh, the Angus steak was good...but the best thing for me was the panna cotta. The price was right!

During our vacation in Ceglie Messapica, we also dined at the Taverna dei Domenicani. The food was delicious, and the fava beans and chicory, in particular, were the best in Ceglie Messapica. Highly recommended.

While passing through Ceglie Messapica, we stopped off in this gastronomic capital and stumbled upon this trattoria. Settled in an alleyway, we enjoyed delicious Pugliese cuisine, including antipasti senz'altro and fried small fish.

The appetizers were delicious and beautifully plated, and the first course of cavatelli was plentiful and flavorful. The menu was extensive and the prices were moderate. The owners were kind and very helpful. It was my birthday, and they served me tiramisu with a candle. Highly recommended.

Nice food, big portion, there was a bit of confusion among the waiters, three of them came to take the order, we noticed that they served a bottle of wine to a table that didn’t order the wine and even our food was served to another table until they said it wasn’t for them…I don’t think we will go there again

21/10/2025: Stoned onto it by accident, my daughter and both had pasta, both with mushroom (but different sauces). The best we have had in Pulia! The owner was gracious, although the waitress was a bit sullen. But service was good, atmosphere great, and again, it’s the food stupid :0 so good. Prices were quite fair for the quality. I read a couple one star reviews and looked at their history and they just seem vindictive. We would recommend it.
14/10/2025: A great place to go to if you are in the whereabouts: good service and food!
