When I go to Capalbio I am very happy to stop in this restaurant. The menu is varied and the dishes are all delicious. The environment is welcoming and the staff extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

Frequento la Selva quando mi ci portano, ma ogni volta ne esco insoddisfatto: nonostante la prosopopea e prezzo il servizio non eccelle, il risotto, quello vero ai frutti di mare, non lo sanno fare, la pasta è così così e il pesce, fresco, è sempre troppo cotto. Diciamo che nelle vicinanze c’è di meglio.

I've been visiting my friend Fabio and his efficient crew a couple of times a year for about six years. I may have been lucky, but I have never been disappointed! Well presented dishes, well made with quality products. Medium-high prices but you are not obliged to come to the Selva…..

06/08/2024: Locale spartano e molto intimo, la pizza è ben fatta e con ingredienti di qualità. Il servizio è molto attento ma tanto attento da risultare invadente ed affettato.

22/09/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante con una bellissima vista sul porto di Giglio Porto. Cucina prevalentemente di mare, ingredienti di prima qualità, piatti non particolarmente originali ma ottimamente eseguiti. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il servizio, attento e veloce. Conto assolutamente adeguato alla materia prima e alla posizione del locale. Sicuramente da provare!
31/08/2024: Good but not as excellent as the price would require. Spaghetti alla corsara with sardines and pistachio pesto, they were good but you couldn't taste the sardines and it was practically a pistachio cream. The crab pici had just glimpsed the crab.
