We were here on January 1st with some friends of ours. We had wanted to try this restaurant for a while and what can I say, it was a nice lunch with excellent food and friendly and welcoming staff! Situated facing the sea, this place wins you over at first glance thanks to its privileged position, but it is at the table that it reveals itself in all its splendor.

On the occasion of the Christmas illuminations we came to Gaeta and with the family and parents we stopped for lunch at the La Salute restaurant. The impact was immediately positive. Cozy, clean and heated room. The staff were polite and kind. The owner is a fantastic and very helpful person. We had a delicious scampi cream risotto, I would have gladly eaten another portion, even though the first one was already abundant, my husband had the scialatielli with seafood, I tasted them and these too were excellent. Then fried squid and shrimp, fresh fish and good cooking. It melted in your mouth. The children ate penne with sauce and plain pasta with cutlet, all delicious. To finish we tasted 4 different desserts and these were also excellent. Lunch was accompanied by their own wine. Nothing to add other than returning to be pampered and to taste other dishes. A beautiful day

Finalmente siamo riusciti a prenotare per il pranzo, il ristorante ha accolto anche il nostro cane e non è da tutti. Piatti abbondanti e pesce fresco, prezzo giusto per la qualità e bontà di quanto degustato. Ottima la falangina di loro produzione e servizio attento e puntuale. Da provare e ritornare. Come diceva mia nonna “pe cient’anni” e nel loro caso, essendo già al primo secolo, per altri 100 anni, a salut vostra e nostra.
