It is now customary to celebrate 02/06, our wedding anniversary, in the beautiful city of Gaeta, enjoying the delicious dishes of the restaurant La Salute with a view of the sea: seafood salad, sautéed mussels and clams, paccheri allo scoglio, mixed grill of fish... All exceptional... And to finish a fantastic lemon sorbet. Always great professionalism and friendliness of Ugo, now become our great friend!!! We said goodbye with a warm hug and with a see you soon.. Highly recommended!!

Very high quality restaurant and abundant dishes, for two we had an appetizer, a first course, a second course, wine and water (87 euros, but rightly the quantity is subjective), I will only say that I ate the best sea bass in a potato crust.
LONG LIVE the chef!

Best restaurant in Gaeta, in every way. We come here once a year and every time we come back. Mr. Ugo is a very kind and always available person. We had dinner here last night and we will be back again tonight. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a nice evening with good food

Finalmente siamo riusciti a prenotare per il pranzo, il
ristorante ha accolto anche il
nostro cane e non è da tutti. Piatti abbondanti e pesce fresco, prezzo giusto per la qualità e bontà di quanto degustato. Ottima la falangina di loro produzione e servizio attento e puntuale. Da provare e ritornare.
Come diceva mia nonna “pe cient’anni” e nel loro caso, essendo già al primo secolo, per altri 100 anni, a salut vostra e nostra.
