We had a great time, we had very good fresh oysters, excellent raw mix, excellent ravioli filled with red prawns and Catalan-style scampi, wonderful tiramisu and cassata, a sweet conclusion to a wonderful dinner, recommended

I had dinner last night... the best fish restaurant in Milan. Excellent quality of the fish... all very fresh... exquisite dishes... all prepared by the skill of chef Carmelo Guaglianone... the best tuna tartare I have ever eaten... excellent octopus... all truly delicious... .super super recommended...very good

I visited the blue surf for a business lunch.
On the advice of a colleague, a regular visitor to the restaurant, we took:
- a taste of mixed fried fish, almost as an amuse bouche: probably the best fried fish I've ever eaten, very delicate and very tasty;
- octopus with potatoes: superb! The octopus melted in your mouth and had a very intense flavour, which is not to be taken for granted;
- risotto with cuttlefish ink; less exciting than the first two courses; the cooking was good but the dish was not particularly tasty; in my opinion the broth used in cooking lacked aromas;
- salted scampi; good but not exciting; the raw material was excellent, as was the cooking, but the salt was a bit invasive.
To conclude, an excellent tiramisu and almond brittle offered by the house, accompanied by a tasty passito wine.
Very welcoming atmosphere (even a little too much for an introvert like me); Outside there is Milan, but inside it seems like we have been transported to Southern Italy. Old-time place.

Chef Carmelo and Giovanni took care of us. La Risacca Blu is a wonderful seafood restaurant
where you can try some delicatessen from the Mediterranean sea: tuna, astice, aragosta lobster, scampi and a wide selection of amazing wines to pair with the yummy and delicious food. Dessert and digestive from Calabria were also great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Thanks a lot!

I was at La Risacca blu for a dinner with friends, the welcoming and well-kept environment immediately put us at ease, the service was helpful and friendly, we didn't miss anything. But the highlight was the food. Fish specialities, all delicious. I will definitely be back!

Un ristorante di pesce a tutto tondo, accogliente e con piatti curati anche nei dettagli. Servizio e gentilezza. Prezzo in linea con Milano e con la qualità delle materie prime. Peccato solo per gli spaghetti che a mio avviso sono stati cotti un minuto di troppo.
Ma è questione di gusti. Consigliato

In ventiquattro anni di apertura ha fatto scuola, come un’alcova accogliente o quelle vecchie trattorie cittadine. E non conta quante volte tu ci sia stato o chi sia stato seduto al tavolo prima di te: la risacca ti accoglie sempre come fossi di casa. Il garbo dei camerieri di un tempo, che continuano a fare la differenza. La carrellata degli antipasti alla “ci penso io”, dove non è necessario aprire il menu se non per la carta dei vini. Ottima qualità e proposte classiche, un crudo&cotto che fa la differenza. Da riscoprire.
