La Rinascente Food and Restaurant In Milano

Excellent shopping experience thanks to Annalisa who proved to be very kind and very competent!

I have been a customer of the boutique for some time. This morning I had already expressed (oh, a term dear to coffee lovers that recurs...) my approval on these lines but, although excellent in content, it was a little vague. Below I will try to express it better. The product, the excellent coffee, offers any aroma and scent, intercepting the tastes of the connoisseur. The staff, who are equally very kind and helpful, demonstrate great professionalism and empathy with customers. This is what I verified firsthand every time I had the opportunity to visit the store. Being well received is important. And it is much more important to feel part of a human world where the "cup" represents the moment, the place and the voice of this beautiful humanity. Louis

Nespresso is a guarantee of quality, both in the product and in the service, I am a loyal customer, especially in the forum boutique, where the service is always excellent! A special mention to Miss Daiana who was able to advise me very well for what my needs were, all with extreme sympathy and cordiality!

Siamo tornati questa mattino a rivisitare (e a farci qualche acquisto) il settimo piano della Rinascente dedicato al food e ai bar/ristoranti e, ancora una volta, ho trovato ottimo il reparto vendite, dove si trovano prodotti confezionati. Alcuni dei corner sono cambiati rispetto alla visita precedente e, in particolare, si è ampliata l'enoteca. Sono sempre presenti i ristoranti e bar storici, tra cui i tre locali che dispongono dei tavolini sulla terrazza vetrata a pochi metri dalle guglie del Duomo. I prodotti esposti sono di elevata qualità, così come sono elevati anche i prezzi. Oltre che dall'interno del magazzino, il settimo piano si può raggiungere anche con ascensori dedicati con ingressi dalle due vie (San Raffaele e Santa Radegonda) laterali rispetto all'edificio.

I didn't regret my choice for a moment, every time I have a free moment I go by the shop and the girls make me taste a different coffee but I think I've already found my favorites! Thanks above all to Marika for introducing me to the Nespresso world and everything it includes, especially cups and accessories of various types that I love

So, this morning (Sunday 19.1) having finished the capsules I go to the Boutique located in a shopping center very (very) far from where I live. I look for a place (15 minutes) and finally arrive. And here I am welcomed with a ringing, silvery voice by a very peppery girl!!! He takes the coffees I chose and then (taking into account my choice) he starts offering me new coffees!! He offers me the coffee he recommends (very good) and then biscuits and accessories!! And it convinces me!! In short, a force of nature!!! Compliments!! A conclusione di un weekend a Milano tra amici, decidiamo di pranzare in questa meravigliosa terrazza fronte Duomo. Ci viene riservato un tavolo con salotto angolare, comodo, al caldo e con vista pazzesca. Il personale è efficientissimo. Ordiniamo una bottiglia di prosecco, pizze, piatti vegetariani, insalate e tiramisù. Risulta tutto buonissimo. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
