You can eat a bit of everything very well. The starters are excellent in terms of quality, variety and flavour. The first courses are also very good. The meats are also excellent. In addition to the grilled meats, I recommend the blueberry fillet with red wine reduction, really tasty. Finally the desserts: one better than the other! Excellent service! The environment is also good, with many rooms. Advised!

This review is 1.5 years past due but my husband and I were just talking about how much we loved this place. We didn’t have a reservation but were able to get a table for 2 adults and an 8-month old as long as we were done by a certain time (for the guests who actually had a reservation). The food was amazing, the service was excellent. They were so accommodating and even made a special pasta for our baby, which was simple and delicious (I still think about it haha La Querida, please let me know how to make it ). We weren’t able to get desert bc our time was up, but if we ever make our way back, we will definitely return.

Very beautiful restaurant in country chic style inside the pine forest of Castel Fusano, it has many rooms including private rooms. We had dinner in the cigar room, a soft atmosphere with a lit fireplace. We recommend it for meat lovers, there is a wide selection of even more refined cuts. You absolutely must try their white focaccia brought to the diner, a real drug! Very kind waiters, quick service and dishes prepared and excellent in taste. The dirt road to reach the restaurant from via Colombo and the car park absolutely needs improvement, non-existent lighting and after a rainy day it was completely rough with large potholes (a 4x4 would have been needed!)

Excellent food, excellent location but the waiter asked me would he like more truffles and I said "no thanks" but the waiter proceeded to put the extra truffle on the gnocchi and made me pay extra for it

Beautiful and delicious restaurant inside a riding school in the pine forest of Castel Fusano.
The first time I came here was May 2003 and we celebrated a family communion... since then both the internal and external space used during the summer period has been expanded, but fortunately the cuisine has remained excellent and the quality of the products, especially meat, has not changed at all!
The house starters are fantastic and the meat, gentlemen, is fabulous! The first courses and the pizza are also good but I repeat the meat has no equal!
The staff are all very friendly, helpful and competent!
I go back at least once a year and...you don't have to try anything too!

Eravamo diretti al mare, ma poi cercando in internet abbiamo deciso di fermarci 2 km prima per cenare tra la natura a Castel Fusano...una sorpresa!
Atmosfera magica, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli...un connubio di eleganza e calore tra legno, pietra, ulivi secolari, luci soffuse e musica di sottofondo.
Per chi è appassionato del mondo equestre e non solo, per una serata romantica oppure con amici, super consigliato!!!
Cibo ottimo e ricercato, ma nello stesso tempo con I profumi della tradizione.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Il conto giusto, calcolando che "anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte! "

Location molto carina anche se sembra di essere in montagna invece che al mare, comunque accogliente e molto curata. Antipasti molto vari ed abbondanti anche se si esagera un po’ con gli sformatini in diverse declinazioni. Pizza da rivedere, specialmente la focaccia crudo e “impercettibili” tracce di bufala…Personale piuttosto distratto, prezzi buoni.
