There is really nothing to say: this remains one of the few certainties in the center of Verona. The food is divine (incredible carbonara, I order it every time), fair prices and fast service. Every time I surprise myself. In my opinion, the location is ideal because it still saves this restaurant from the wave of tourists in Verona.

Typical place in a quiet location, courteous service, in the photos there is no spaghetti carbonara but not creamy but dry and small in terms of portion, good spaghetti, clams and calamari and the right portion. Soft meat, sweet chocolate salami, 2 miserable slices presented without any decoration, no chocolate flavour, very dry dough compared to the standard. No bitters or sgroppino offered. Average price for the area. It doesn't take much and you are at the top.

Beef tartare, pork shank with potatoes, a good Valpolicella and pears cooked in red wine for dessert. My palate enjoyed every ounce of this meal, great experience.
