Cucina di Livello Assoluto Gluten Free Complimenti a Simon e a Tutto il Team!!!! TOP 🔝 in una Location Veramente Bella Encomi e Tributi alla Chef 🧑‍🍳 Valentina, ad Alessandro, a Simone, a Giulia in Cucina ed in Sala al Boss Simon che potete vedere nella foto, ad Ainur, ad Emma, a Mattia e a Gessica che iniziava proprio con noi il Suo Primo Giorno di lavoro e da come si sapeva muovere tra i tavoli pareva una navigata veterana che già lavorava da venti anni! Complimenti! Una mia Prof 👩‍🏫 diceva: “Se il Buongiorno si vede dal mattino!” Veramente bravi Tutti! E Gluten Free da tornare a breve sicuramente! 🔝

Mai trovato un ristorante senza glutine di questo calibro. Proposte eccellenti, pasta fatta in casa superlativa, proposte tipiche toscane. Una meraviglia davvero. Inoltre camerieri gentilissimi e location bellissima. Pagato il giusto. Vale davvero la pena! Bravissimi! E grazie 💙

29/06/2025: We had an excellent meal, a very friendly, attentive chef who looked after the guests perfectly—it was a wonderful evening. Many thanks, Francesco.
04/06/2025: We only came for the restaurant part. For antipasti we ordered breasola and burrata, for secondi gnocchi tartuffo and for prima tranche steak. Antipasti was amazing they combined creamy burrata with salty breasola and cured egg yolk slices which was an amazing touch for the dish. Gnocchi was amazing and made with truffle slices. Meat was also so delicious, and was very juicy and tasty. The aromas within the meat was so good. Overall it was all amazing! We ordered what the owner suggested as wine and (shocker) it was so good as well! Francesco the owner was so nice and informative to us. Definitely give it a try if you are in tuscany!
