Super atmosphère and service, the restaurant feel very authentic. Just by entering the place you can have a glimpse on the kitchen and the massive amount of meat they have. We went pretty safe on the food with some carbonara and meat, everything was tasteful and perfectly cooked, and the price are very correct so I recommend

Excellent restaurant, and one I have frequented several times over the years, for its meat specialities. Excellent wines, beautiful setting and decor. Prices quite high, but there is worse and with less quality. Checking the restaurant's website in November 2024, I noticed with disappointment that the restaurant's opening times and days are absolutely not indicated. In other sites where La Quarta Carbonaia appears there are different and contrasting times.

An Italian restaurant with mostly local customers that is not known to tourists. The taste is very good, friendly staff and very much Italy. I definitely recommend it.

16/11/2024: Cozy place, with pleasant background music. The service was a little slow and not too friendly. First course not too hot, starter too small. Choreographic desserts, but not corresponding to the taste. Prices expensive compared to expectations
15/10/2024: It was a wonderful surprise. I went with my family and we ate very well. Tagliolini with prawns and ginger, prawn Catalan...hot pie. Courteous and attentive service. Definitely a place to return.
