I came here for a company dinner. Small place, very good food, especially the porcini mushrooms. I do not recommend the carbonara and the tiramisu unfortunately it was only with cream without mascarpone. Very good wine!

I had lunch here with some friends. the food is of quality, although I expected something more in terms of preparation. the environment is pleasant, as is the service. perhaps the price was a little high compared to what we ate.

Very good meat at an unbeatable price with the service of a great house. Beautiful wine list, which goes perfectly with Fiorentina, from Volte to Amarone.

Super atmosphère and service, the restaurant feel very authentic. Just by entering the place you can have a glimpse on the kitchen and the massive amount of meat they have. We went pretty safe on the food with some carbonara and meat, everything was tasteful and perfectly cooked, and the price are very correct so I recommend

Excellent restaurant, and one I have frequented several times over the years, for its meat specialities. Excellent wines, beautiful setting and decor. Prices quite high, but there is worse and with less quality. Checking the restaurant's website in November 2024, I noticed with disappointment that the restaurant's opening times and days are absolutely not indicated. In other sites where La Quarta Carbonaia appears there are different and contrasting times.

27/01/2025: Nice experience. We took a Fiorentina for 2. Nice location with barbecue and meat counter in sight. Few seats. A wide selection of wines but very expensive.. The meat was delicious, cooked properly and of excellent quality. The only flaw is the bill: too high for a "butcher's shop with barbecue". Fiorentina around €80/kg and wines almost nothing under 30.
19/12/2024: In this place, quality reigns supreme. Max - the owner - and his staff are always extremely professional: the raw materials are exceptional and the quality-price ratio is also exceptional, and the restaurant is also extremely clean. The prices are not low but given the quality offered, it is more than right that this is the case. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.
