New management raises the bar!
A beautiful venue with refined decor, yet still a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
The real leap in quality comes with Valeria in the kitchen, with exceptional dishes and exquisite ingredients. One of the few restaurants in the area that deviates from the usual, and only, traditional dishes, while at the same time maintaining a connection with the local area.

An osteria that aims to combine Maremma cuisine with Argentario seafood.
It doesn't succeed in either.
The charcuterie board is unremarkable; good but not refined.
The sliced steak was tough and flavorless, despite being rare.
The grilled calamari...to be forgotten; it's obviously a frozen product served as if it were fresh.
A real shame, because the service was good and all the ingredients for a good osteria were there...

We stopped for lunch during a transfer and were very satisfied! A delightful atmosphere that creates peace and relaxation, and the staff were very kind, professional, and attentive.
The food was delicious, made and served with love.

We went for dinner... top-notch food.
Beautiful setting with a pool. It's a shame we couldn't dine poolside that evening due to bad weather.

A hotel restaurant with attentive but inattentive service. The quality of the ingredients is evident and evident in the dishes, but the execution is lacking. It's good, but I expected much more; perhaps it was a bad night.

We chose this place for dinner at the last minute (August 2025), and decided to give it a try. We were lucky enough to get a table for three. The location is beautiful, with tables set on a veranda between a small pool and an internal garden. Despite the scorching heat and no air conditioning, it was quite airy. There's the option of dining poolside. The menu features fish and meat (we opted for meat, appetizers, sliced steak, strips, and salad). The service was good, and the food was absolutely interesting in its simplicity. I'd say it was intimate and quiet. I definitely recommend it.

A very pretty and relaxing location, with our table right by the pool. The tranquil atmosphere made dinner even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with innovative and well-executed combinations, like the tuna with peach, truly delicious; I highly recommend it! All the pasta and even the bread are homemade, a detail that shines through in the quality. For our first course, we had a chitarra pasta with red prawns and truffle: excellent ingredients, beautifully showcased. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing dinner, with excellent ingredients and a touch of originality.

Close to the sea but not on it, a quiet spot surrounded by greenery with a lovely pool. We were warmly welcomed by a young woman who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and cheerful. The appetizers were good, and the food was generally well-prepared. Sometimes the execution didn't live up to the description: the tagliata on the menu was actually a thin slice, and the paprika-crusted picana was delicious, but you couldn't taste the paprika (if a customer orders paprika-flavored food, it's assumed they love that flavor and want it in that dish). The value for money justifies the stop.
