When it happens, it's wonderful: Each carefully crafted menu item piques your curiosity, which is then fully satisfied with each dish. Every dish, right down to the dessert, is truly excellent. The location is right in the city center, with attention to every detail in country style. Highly recommended.

We are from Carmel California. Our city has fabulous restaurants. This restaurant out performs any restaurants in our city. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is very romantic. The service is 5++. We have gone there 2x. We will most likely return to this restaurant once more before returning to Rome then Carmel.

I see it's currently considered the premier restaurant in Abano Terme, and I'm not surprised. A bit removed from mass tourism, this quiet little spot is fortunately never August, but always a slightly autumnal and retro moment.
I'm not one to "Instagram" the dishes served, but these were splendid, as well as creative, with delicate and original combinations.
Seared tuna with wasabi, herbs, hummus, and a few flowers; a pudding with macerated pears and two types of chocolate, which in other hands would have been cloying on a hot summer evening, was instead surprisingly refreshing. Highly recommended, especially since it's a relatively new establishment.

On Wednesday, August 6th, we dined at Posata Bianca in a shabby chic room, as was the rest of the restaurant. It was an extraordinary culinary experience. The dishes were sublime, refined, and captivated the palate and the senses. All this while sipping a bottle of Pouilly Fumé...
The service was impeccable and highly competent, and, like the dining room, the atmosphere was captivating as the dishes were presented. An experience that is definitely worth returning to.

Strolling through Abano, after a day at the spa, my wife and I stumbled upon this charming restaurant.
Intrigued by the captivating decor, we tried our luck.
Welcome with exquisite kindness, we immediately felt at ease.
The menu immediately struck us as exceptional: refined and absolutely original dishes that met our expectations.
We chose a local Cabernet of excellent quality. The service was worthy of the restaurant.
If we return to Abano again, we will definitely know where to spend an evening.

La casualità mi ha portata in questa bomboniera di ristorante dove ho avuto una esperienza culinaria indimenticabile. Cibi raffinati e gourmet che mi hanno lasciato un ricordo meraviglioso. Location veramente sopra le righe accompagnata da un servizio impeccabile e attento . Bravissimi continuate così...
