A truly special experience, from start to finish. The welcome was warm and attentive, the service impeccable. Each dish tells a story: a perfect balance of creativity, technique, and flavor. The attention to detail is evident and palpable, both in the food and in the elegant yet distinctive ambiance. The chefs are young, passionate, and talented. It's wonderful to see so much energy and vision in the kitchen. A place worth discovering (and rediscovering). I'll definitely be back!

Going to La Polveriera is an experience. We had been there during the day and returned in the evening. What can I say? A magical atmosphere. Quality, refinement, thoughtfulness, so much kindness. They really deserve only compliments. Well done guys. See you next time... magic!

I went to the white night tonight. Unique restaurant. Deserves a star. I worked there and discovered an unusual restaurant after years and years of not going. Congratulations. Unique and special.

I came for lunch with a friend with high expectations, as the restaurant is in the Michelin guide, and they were not disappointed at all. The place is very beautiful with a style between modern and ancient, the stone walls and arches give a lot of warmth and the furniture is a mix of ancient, modern and boho. The only flaw about the location is that when I approached the table the floor moved strangely under my feet producing a subtle sound, as if I had walked on an unstable point, it gave me the idea that it wasn't a normal floor at that point, in a place like that I didn't expect it, but it's just a detail. I had a double-creamed risotto with prawns and broccoli and it was divine, a combination of strong, acidic flavors (given by the presence of lemon in my opinion) and delicate flavors from the broccoli. One bite led to another, my compliments to the chef!. Excellent and never intrusive service, very quiet and peaceful atmosphere as expected in a place like this. Excellent experience.

What an incredible surprise!…nestled in the small streets of Pontedera, La Polveriera is a place of choice: the dishes are surprising in their composition, the origins of the ingredients are surprising! The staff is of an excellent standard and knows how to highlight the dishes. The atmosphere is neat, the decoration is tasteful. I highly recommend this address.

Bellissima atmosfera. Servizio impeccabile, due giovani maschio e femmina perfetti. Le entrée di benvenuto... uno spettacolo visivo olfattivo e gustativo. suggeriscono tre menù a base carne, a base pesce o misto ma, come abbiamo optato noi, abbiamo scelto liberamente. Impiattamento di classe e ottima cottura e il mix di sapori perfetto. Ottima esperienza. Prezzi in linea con la qualità.
