Per una serata informale, piatti MEMORABILI!! Il giovane chef ha saputo ricreare e valorizzare al meglio delle eccellenze gastronomiche, ricreando dei piatti con innovazioni e contrasti meravigliosi. Ho adorato ogni singolo boccone e il consiglio sull’abbinamento del vino era eccellente:) Una esperienza tutta da ripetere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Some combinations are a little risky, risotto a little too salty, but overall a nice environment, friendly staff, they are young and need to improve a bit... But they are on the right path....

Aphrodisiac is not enough to describe a dinner of this level! Service with personality and character from the girls in the dining room, and how concrete is the description of the dishes ordered once brought to the table! This makes us understand the excellent collaboration between the kitchen and the dining room for the commitment to preparing and explaining each dish at the table! A more than relaxing location with selected music that accompanies a delicate yet pleasant service! The maximum marks are the minimum for an evening with friends, I don't want to imagine with your partner! Compliments to the chef! One hundred thousand stars!

A simply perfect experience this evening at the "La Polveriera" restaurant in Pontedera! 5 stars without hesitation for food quality, service and ambience. Of the 3 types of tasting menu, I preferred to order à la carte, choosing the fresh Tagliatella with burnt pesto with grilled rabbit ragù and ash cream: delicious! I then opted for the pistachio mousse, cocoa biscuit, orange peel and passion fruit spheres. Great. Even more surprising was the rich and imaginative welcome entrée with flutes of bubbles and a selection of homemade naturally levitated bread. I would say that the dinner of my work trip to Pontedera couldn't have gone better!

Starry experience at the price of a good restaurant. It has to be found in the alleys of Pontedera, but it's worth it. Bread is also valued. Well done!

Place with an intimate atmosphere. Nice furnishings, soft lighting, pleasant music. It is possible to choose a complete tasting from three (land, sea and mixed "as per tradition"), each including six courses, or select individual à la carte dishes from the aforementioned tastings. If you opt for one of the three complete menus, the journey must be shared by all the guests (i.e. at the same table it will not be possible to choose a tasting and at the same time á la carte courses, nor two different tastings). This apparent rigidity is promptly overcome once the tasting is served - we selected "as a tradition", in our case. Starting from the welcome prosecco and the amuse bouche, the gastronomic experience is special. Refined and divinely successful combinations, perfect cooking, pasta with an amazing consistency, condiments with multiple flavors and without one ingredient dominating the other, delicious presentation of the dishes. Personally we found the first four courses excellent, while the second course and the dessert were a step below (although pleasant, but less harmonious than the previous dishes). In general, the raw materials appear to be of a high standard, and are certainly crafted and arranged with skill. To the admiration for the chef's skills, we must add appreciation for the entire dining room staff, polite and present, never intrusive and very competent. It should be considered that, contemplating ordering a bottle of wine (not among the most expensive) for two, the price is around €90 each. It has almost never happened to me to spend such sums for a single meal, but the Polveriera is a culinary experience that truly deserves such an outlay. And I think I'll make it again in the near future, perhaps once the tasting menus have been remodeled.

I had a fantastic experience, a truly unique place with particular and welcoming decor! The dining room staff he is very helpful and competent, the waiters manage to immerse the customer at 360° thanks to the accurate description of the dishes. Each dish is a unique experience, a mix of flavors and textures, you can see that there is attention and precision in everything served! Excellent value for money, I recommend the tasting menu!!
