A truly pleasant place and excellent cuisine. We were served excellently; the dining room and kitchen are perfectly coordinated, allowing you to experience the chefs' skills and their vision of cuisine. They also offer refined products, meats with different ages, and even the seafood is highly sought-after. They also served us an excellent fermented tea to pair with a dish. The wine selection is very interesting, and the service was impeccable in both timing and manner.
The music playlist was also very pleasant: not the usual trite and hackneyed stuff (the usual sad, impersonal jazz that infests the dining rooms of gourmet restaurants), but a varied playlist geared not only towards the Methuselahs of the moment.

The service was too attentive for my taste, with too much information on each dish. The food was very well prepared and delicious, but the portions were lacking in quantity and very expensive. The wait between dishes was too long. I wouldn't return.

My birthday dinner... unexpected, surprising, revelatory... everything in its place, balanced, innovative without being pretentious, that innovation made with heart, skill, and professionalism! We chose the blind tasting and it was one surprise after another! What can I say, a perfect evening, a true culinary treat! Impeccable service, professional, but the kind of professionalism that gives you so much warmth, that conveys the maître d''''s love for what you're doing! What can I say... The place is very beautiful and well-kept.
The service is attentive, professional, and the timing is more than right.
As for the food, unfortunately, after an excellent start, the quality gradually declined.
The entrees, with homemade breads, butter, and three truly interesting tastings, were very welcome.
The three standard dishes had two main problems:
- the small portions. We left hungry despite having three courses plus a dessert, in addition to the initial freebies. The main course had no side dish (a potato slice). The appetizer was half a Portobello mushroom, with the stem removed. Too small. We also noticed unintentional portion differences (especially for the first course and dessert) between different diners.
- the courses (first and second courses) arrived cold. The dish was cold, the sauce poured over it was barely warm, which meant that after two bites the dish was objectively cold.
Too bad. We had high expectations, but unfortunately, it was a decline.
We'll try it again.
