For me, it remains the best restaurant in the area. High-quality, home-cooked food. They offer you a welcome sample worthy of a luxury restaurant, with two varieties of local taralli, homemade bread, sublime olive oil, and a delicious montanara. The owner is young, knowledgeable, and very approachable. The service is attentive and thoughtful. The food surprises me every time I go. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

It was a pleasant experience. My partner and I went for dinner, choosing the à la carte menu. Everything was delicious, the Angus carpaccio delicious. The gluten-free options were also a great discovery, everything excellent! I chose the ricotta ravioli. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I hope to stop by again someday. The place is very cute, and the wine list is beautiful. My only suggestion is to dust them more often, as some dust is visible.

Stavolta prendiamo la degustazione dì sei portate con un calice abbina a ciascuna di esse. La zuppa di fagioli Quarantini è uno dei motivi per cui si viene qui ogni anno ed assieme ad essa, in un alto livello medio, scegliamo l'arancino e le trenette alla Nerano "a modo mio". Tra i calici, di discreto e buon livello con provenienze anche estere, preferiamo la Nosiola Raetica di Villa Persani. Due ore e mezzo volate mangiando e bevendo ad un rapporto qualità prezzo inarrivabile.

It was an evening to celebrate a family event but we ate choosing à la carte. The waiter guided us to the choice of absolutely delicate but intense dishes. We considered the raw material excellent and the preparation excellent. After the appetizer, 4/5 courses, we laboriously finished a first course. We will return for lunch.

La Pignata è indubbiamente il ristorante che offre la miglior cucina del territorio tra tutti quelli che ho visitato. Un lungo menu di degustazione che ci e’ stato proposto includeva una piccola porzione di pizza margherita (ottima), quindi pancotto, verdura con pane inumidito, peperone crusco e una sottile fetta di squisito lardo, un piccolo arancino al Carmasciano - un superbo formaggio stagionato locale- e tartufo bruno (eccezionale), quindi una piccola zuppa di fagioli rossi con tocchi di pane perfettamente tostato e delicato olio EVO locale e infine pasta calamarata ai datterini e baccalà leggerissimo. La degustazione è stata accompagnata da un perfetto Taurasi Case D’Alto, 14 gradi, grande equilibrio, con sfumature di ciliegia e mora e sentori di pepe nero. Che c’è di meglio??
