Typical Italian food. We were served promptly. The dishes were exquisite. I recommend the cuttlefish with Genoa sauce and sweet onion. A great choice for a first course. The atmosphere was family-friendly, and the waiters were very warm and professional. The only thing was that it was a weekend, so the restaurant was packed and a bit noisier than I'd like. Everything else was fantastic.

Located in the center, although a little hidden, this restaurant presents itself as very elegant and refined. The menu offers Tuscan dishes, especially fish dishes, revisited, delicious and beautiful to look at. The wine selection is excellent, and the service is precise and classy.

Dinner with work colleagues. Very good food; we tried both fish and meat. The Florentine steak was cooked to perfection. Prices were average for a high-end restaurant. Excellent experience.

It remains one of Pisa's most interesting offerings, offering a good value for the quality of the food. The pergola dining area is highly charming and evocative. Table service is not always up to par, depending on the waiter.

Abbiamo organizzato alla Pergoletta una cena delle nostre associazioni culturali. Eravamo una sessantina.
