La Pergoletta In Pisa

Everyone is very professional, the food is good, the prices are ok.

Waiter asked for a tip which was a bit of a letdown because I know that's not standard in Italy. Food was good.

We went with family to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time, both with the food and the service. Our favorite dishes were the paccheri alla trabaccolara, the fritto misto, and the apricot crumble for dessert. The waiters were very kind.

We stayed one night in Pisa, and La Pergoletta was recommended by AI because of its location near our bed and breakfast and for its local Tuscan cooking. Even the host of our bed and breakfast spoke very highly of the restaurant and strongly recommended it, so we knew we had to try it. It turned out to be a wonderful choice. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. There were only two servers managing the entire dining room, but they handled it very well. Service became a little slow later in the evening as the restaurant got busier, but honestly, nobody seemed to mind — including us. It felt like the kind of place where people simply relax and enjoy their meal without rushing. The food was amazingly good. The tagliolini was delicious, the homemade ravioli was excellent, and the cheesecake was a perfect way to end the meal. We also noticed that many locals were dining there, which is always a great sign. I would definitely recommend La Pergoletta if you are visiting Pisa. Reservations are recommended because the restaurant gets busy. We would absolutely come back if we return to Pisa in the future.

A little gem in the heart of Pisa. Intimate, pleasant, and atmospheric. Generous, meticulously prepared dishes. Discreet and pleasant staff. I'll be back.

One of the best meals I've ever had, a beautiful and pleasant place. I'm from Mexico and we brought children and they treated us very well.

We had a delicious, extensive dinner. The price is not expensive. A lovely bottle of wine with it. The atmosphere was so romantic. Not crowded. We received our food quite quickly.

The interior in the restaurant is very pleasant. The restaurant has a sommelier among their staff, so you will be provided with a good description and suggestion of wine. We ordered meat and tuna. The tuna dish was the best in my life. Good wines by glass, proper wine glasses. The only drawback: too loud music and not of a lounge type.
