Refined but not pretentious atmosphere. Dishes with high quality raw materials cooked in a suaerlativ way. A true example of excellent Pisan cuisine.

Wonderful place, calm and welcoming... I compliment the waiters who are very friendly and kind, and not too intrusive... but above all, capable of helping in moments of "clumsiness"! I also warmly congratulate the chef both for the quality of the raw materials and for his incredible ability to create a masterpiece to be taste-tested by each person!

Nice place, well furnished, excellent service, gluten free management managed quite well even if not certified, nice and good dishes and very elegantly plated, the only flaw... dishes are a bit paltry, not all, but some could be enriched (see the lasagna, salmon...). So from such a beautiful place I expect more and since you are almost there, a little effort and you will be at the top. I will come back for sure.

Un peu à l’écart des axes principaux, mais toujours dans le vieux Pise, un restaurant agréable et élégant. Une cuisine juste ce qu’il faut de recherchée et de sophistiquée et qui permet la découverte de saveurs toscanes autour de la mer. Une belle petite parenthèse pour une soirée au calme. Service impeccable et à l’écoute. Pas de fausse note donc!

17/08/2024: Very good sandwich and coffee. The service is impeccable. They even let us stay in the restaurant during a heavy rain.
