I was there for a conference social dinner. The food quality was excellent as was the service. I would definitely recommend it.

*Top Restaurant* Elegant and romantic place but great for any occasion.. I had dinner here for my birthday clean place, attentive to details and customer needs, right distance between tables, excellent tasty food, honest value for money.. Friendly, polite and professional staff Owner a "Gentleman" knows his stuff 😊 See you next time.. We will recommend the restaurant to all our Roman friends who are going to visit Pisa!!

Ristorante nel centro storico di Pisa la Pergoletta offre una cucina di mare tradizionale fatta con materia prima di buona qualità. Buoni i paccheri alla trabaccolara e l’orata al forno con verdure, servizio non troppo veloce ma professionale, prezzi nella media

The place is very nice, part of the dining room is located under a closed veranda, with an old pergola, of which now only some beautiful twisted trunks remain. The illuminated wine shop shelves are also beautiful. The waitress is very good. The cuisine is tasty and the dishes are refined, but the portions are small and the prices are quite high.

We went for lunch today. There were three of us and we ordered: a seafood appetizer, a first course (Cappellacci stuffed with pecorino cheese aged in the cave with mussels in red), a second course (grilled croaker slice with anchovy foam and fried artichoke), two desserts, a bottle of Pinot grigio, water and two coffees. Averagely good dishes. Quiet place. I expected something more.

Bellissimo locale in centro a Pisa, accoglienza splendida, personale cordiale gentilissimo. Frittelle di baccalà veramente imperdibili ! Misto di pesce, abbondante, freschissimo, ottimo ! Cappellacci, veramente unici ! Paccheri, ben rivisitati, molto buoni ! Spadellate di pesce, spettacolare ! Tortino al cioccolato , molto buona. Ottimo l’assortimento di vini. Avrei dato 5 pallini, ma vedersi presentare un conto di euro 214,40, non arrotondato almeno all’euro e’ veramente ridicolo seppur il rapporto qualità/prezzo si davvero ottimo ! Merita un pranzo, una cena e tornare !
