La Paranza In Varese

Every time I am in Varese, I always order a pizza at La Paranza because it is a guarantee in terms of the quality of the food. So much so that every time I have to choose a pizza I always find myself in difficulty, I'm spoiled for choice even in terms of dough: turmeric, kamut, multigrain, and so on (I waste more time choosing a pizza than eat it). It should be noted that the peculiarity of the Restaurant-Pizzeria is precisely the quality of the ingredients used. I wanted to celebrate my birthday yesterday with my family here in Varese for lunch and for the first time I chose dishes other than pizza. I had an amazing dining experience! I had the yellow fin tuna tartare with avocado cream as an appetizer and spaghetti alla guitar with octopus, burrata and cherry tomatoes as a first course. I really have to say that the products were fresh and were full of flavour. The staff were extremely friendly, well organized and attentive and make you feel like part of the family, making your stay even more enjoyable. You immediately notice that, as soon as you enter, the atmosphere is welcoming and well-kept (also perfect for a romantic dinner :D). I highly recommend this Restaurant-Pizzeria to anyone who wants an unforgettable gastronomic experience! Elisha

Nice place and given that it was cold outside it was well heated. We ate an excellent fish starter, a good pasta with seafood and a curious panzerotto filled with molluscs and crustaceans, which was good. Many young, kind, well-prepared and well-organized guys at the service. If I really have to find a flaw, it would have been nice to have a wipe to clean your fingers after eating the clams, but that certainly didn't ruin the dinner. Advised.

Excellent food, prices in line, waiting times a little long. Too busy to fill the place. Maybe settle for a few less tables.... It could be more useful.

It's always nice to go for lunch or dinner, a certainty of professionalism and kindness that allows me to bring friends and acquaintances knowing that I'm always making an excellent choice. Fantastic staff, always delicious pizzas, the choice of menus is remarkable, of excellent quality and with care for us allergy sufferers, they always satisfy me. 😉

Frequento da anni la Paranza non ho mai fatto una recensione, la pizza è ottima, e anche la cucina. Giovedì ho preso il risotto alla pescatora ( o frutti di mare ) del menù estivo, buonissimo mi ha riportata al mare. Ringrazio tutto lo staff per la gentilezza e professionalità. Consigliatissimo. Parto con idea di mangiare una buona pizza.....ma leggo il menu....cambio Mi incuriosiscono Gamberi....lardo....miele...aggiudicato Essendo goloso alici marinate in aggiunta Spaghetti alla chitarra.... polpo...pomodorini... Gamberi ....lardo e miele PAZZESCHI Alici e spaghetti buoni.....ma diventano il nulla (ovviamente gusto personale) Sul tavolo ci sono un olio squisito ed un pane"fatto in casa"....si può resistere a pane olio e sale? No Servizio sempre al top....il titolare Pietro in accoglienza e cortesia è maestro.
