Lovely restaurant, excellent location a few meters from St. Mark's Square along the canal. We were a couple, we ordered a lasagna and pizza, Aperol and beer and at the end we also shared dessert. The food was excellent, most of the waiters were lovely, service with a smile and the price was very reasonable. Recommended!!!

The food was great! Amazing cheese wheel pasta, great pizza and a good caprese salad. Was a bit expensive but worth it. Service was great and the manager was very friendly and sociable! Even got a free shot at the end! Overall awesome experience, would definitely come back!

Incredible setting, great service and even better food. We had the gnocchi, tagliatelle, and rocket parmesan salad. The drinks where also delicious.

Nous avons pris un plat chacun : spaghetti aux vongoles (un peu trop salé à mon goût) et le risotto au bœuf et truffe (délicieux). Ce qui ne m’a pas plus : à peine à table, le serveur nous demandait déjà ce que l’on voulait boire et manger, il a insisté pour qu’on prenne une Bouteillle d’eau (que nous n’avions pas commandé et qui était payante évidemment), dès que nos verres de vins étaient vide îl revenait à plusieurs reprises nous demander si nous en revoulions un. En gros, j’ai eu un sentiment de vente forcée désagréable .

05/05/2025: We had risotto and fried seafood. After enduring horrendous social interactions with locals in Italy, I have to say this is the best restaurant during our one week stay in Italy. All the staff look happy. I felt the owner has got passion in what he does. The spray gun in the toilet is a plus.

13/05/2025: We celebrated a communion at Tavernetta and we couldn't have made a better choice! The fish menu was simply exceptional: very fresh raw materials, dishes with attention to detail and authentic flavors that won over all the guests, from the youngest to the most demanding. The service was impeccable: courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail made the experience even more special. The welcoming and familiar atmosphere of the place helped create a serene and festive climate. A sincere thank you to all the staff for making this important day even more unforgettable. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended for those looking for quality, elegance and warmth.
28/04/2025: Non ho avuto dubbi qualche mese fa a chi affidare un evento che per noi era molto importante... la Tavernetta è stato il nostro primo e unico pensiero. In un mondo dove puoi aspettarti tutto, loro confermano un'eccellenza! Serietà, professionalità e cuore caratterizzano Giovanni e Andrea. Il ringraziamento da parte di tutti per come hanno gestito tutto.
