Hello, we were in this place for lunch for two people, a very beautiful and characteristic place in its kind, well-kept, attentive and well-trained staff, fairly fast service, excellent food, we had the very abundant house appetizer and everything made to order there will be at least 8 courses, for the first course an unmissable orecchiette with broccoli, anchovies, extra virgin olive oil and toasted bread in grains and a quadruccio filled with burrata with yellow datterino tomato sauce and toasted almond flakes... truly excellent... definitely to return... it is advisable to book because it is always full.

A wonderful discovery in the town of Alberobello!
This restaurant is located in trulli (a type of small house typical of the region), and the setting is very charming. The cuisine showcases regional products.
To start, we were offered a slice of focaccia, black olives, and small pastries. As an appetizer to share, we chose ricotta with honey. The texture of the cheese was very pleasant. For our main course, we tried the Orecchiette alle cime di rapa (a typical Pugliese dish, ear-shaped pasta with a kind of broccoli) and pasta stuffed with cheese. The service was very friendly and the prices were very reasonable.

Fuimos dos noches seguidas que era tan bueno. Los aperitivos eran enormes y fáciles de compartir entre dos personas con algo de sobra (cosa que no hicimos porque era genial). El servicio fue atento y la tranquila sala Trulli en la que nos sentamos solo tenía tres mesas. Hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Asegúrese de pedir una mesa en la pequeña sala Trulli.
