We really enjoyed our lunch here. The food was delicious, everything was served quickly, and the staff was very welcoming. Even though we arrived right before closing, they kindly let us stay and relax a bit longer. Highly recommended!

Before publishing the message here, I wrote an email to the restaurant, not to make it public. But since there wasn't even a short reply, not mentioning an apology, I'm posting it here: I'd like to express the shame that happened to us on July 22nd around 4:00-5:00 PM during lunch at your beautiful bar (on the left). Unfortunately, one of the waitresses, a dark-haired girl, didn't seem professional and ruined our experience: 1) When we entered, she looked at us VERY UGLY without offering us a table or welcoming us. 2) When we wanted to ask a few questions about the menu, she immediately raised her hand and said, "WAIT. First I'll explain what's on the menu, and then you can ask me questions." She said it in a very rude and obnoxious manner, even using a gesture to silence us. 3) While she was "explaining" the menu, she stood 180 degrees away from me, without showing us the menu, reading it in a way that was comfortable for her. So not only did she trash talk us, but we were also left without understanding anything. 4) Afterwards, she moved away and started telling the other waiters in a very loud voice that customers piss her off, that they bother her, that she doesn't support certain customer behavior, etc., etc. A waiter replied that this job requires a certain relationship with people, and you have to be ready for it—and it's true. So, after serving us terribly, the girl started trash-talking the customers right in front of us! I don't know if she was talking about us or other people who pissed her off. But she definitely wanted to be heard. She achieved her goal—we heard her very well, and that's why I'm writing you this message. We, the customers, need good service and food, nothing else. That day, instead of good service, the waitress brought her bad mood to our table, and we were really disappointed. Furthermore, her bad mood seemed more important than her work. The food wasn't even good (it seemed defrosted). We're so grateful to a waiter who approached us immediately after seeing her behavior. He must have noticed the situation and was extremely kind and professional in retrieving it and serving us. He showed us the service that such a beautiful place deserves. Unfortunately, we don't know the names of the waiters. Unfortunately, an experience in wonderful places like Marinella can easily be ruined by service from people who aren't ready for this type of work. Furthermore, it can ruin the prestige of your bar/restaurant because the waiters are the "face" of the place. And that day, their face hadn't been so great. Since I haven't heard back from the place after a month to my email, it seems like not even the managers care about their customers.

Great place, completely redone.... but as for the pizzas, they are poor in ingredients and use instant yeast... it's a shame the last time I ate better... after 3 years I'm trying to book a pizza again, I have to say that I had a better time than last time, excellent dinner with friends... fully satisfied

Fantastic location, but both the pizzas and pastas aren't up to par. As for the restaurant, the food quality has improved slightly.

Pricey. Everything else is perfect.
