A very tasty restaurant! I loved the tartare! I especially loved the meat! I ordered the T-bone. The steak was simply superb, juicy and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It's not very crowded at lunchtime. The service is excellent! The desserts weren't particularly impressive, but then again, it's a meat restaurant.

Highly recommended! Went here twice for the Risotto which was outstanding as was the service and advice on wines by the waiter, who did a fantastic job. Very reasonable on price. Never rushed and felt very at home.

Great experience here. Service was welcoming and relaxed. Steak was exceptional which is why we came. The photos explain more words. Location is very central to Santa Croce. Staff also recommended a great bar to go to for cocktails after. Thank you.

We made reservations through The Fork. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Servers were cheerful and accommodating. Our Italian is limited but the staff all spoke English well. Wine by the glass was very reasonable. As a first course, we split the risotto with asparagus which was delicious. We also had the lamb chops. The chops were small but good; just enough with the side of roasted potatoes. The salmon filet was nicely broiled with a side of asparagus. Overall, good food for the money. TLDR: A decent place but pricey. The meals are humbly sized, so you'd be taking more than a single dish. Cacio e pepe was good, the carbonara was average (I make a much better one) as the guanciale was wrongly cut and overfried. Tiramisu was nit bad, but also not the best I had. The service is great and the atmosphere too.

This was my first meal in Florence, and it was absolutely delicious. The waiter was very friendly. All the food was delicious, but the tiramisu was especially delicious.

23/10/2025: Pleasant atmosphere, patient with tourists, very good cappuccino. I would like more cleanliness (dirty cups, dirty floor, toilet), because unfortunately one doubts the hygiene of the products.

24/10/2025: Historic bar, the name itself says "stop"!!!
18/10/2025: In mid-October, we stopped at this small, rural, yet very authentic restaurant for a snack while traveling. It was supposed to be just a quick bite, but they served the whole package, from appetizer to dessert. Delicious handmade pasta, and the bread was amazing! The wine and dessert were also highly recommended. Despite communication issues, the staff were always attentive and understanding. We'd love to come back!
