The owner is very attentive and kind, happy to share the history and origins of the place. A friendly and attentive team of young people serves the food. The traditional food is of a satisfactory standard.

After the Egyptian Museum, stop here for lunch.
The service is fast, and the waitresses are friendly and welcoming.
The photos of the dishes speak for themselves.
Fair prices: for three people, with two dishes each and a half liter of Nebbiolo, we spent €35.50 each.

Piola Sabauda, located in the city center between Piazza San Carlo and the Egyptian Museum, is an excellent restaurant serving traditional Piedmontese dishes. We ordered a mixed appetizer, a first course, a second course with a nice glass of Nebbiolo, and the Tarte Tatin dessert. The price was right for the dishes and the excellent service. This comfortable and quiet restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you're visiting Turin.

Pleasant lunch. Friendly and helpful staff. The food wasn't exceptional, but it was good, with some dishes clearly superior.
Overall, a restaurant I'd gladly return to.

Il locale è veramente piccolo, con spazi sfruttati in maniera esasperata e tavolini collocati quasi a incastro. I piatti sono sì quelli tipici della tradizione ma il conto sicuramente non è da piola. Buona la lista dei vini, cortese il personale. Da rivedere l'atteggiamento del proprietario (o così si atteggiava) che talora si esprime in modo non proprio ortodosso.
