The food is very traditional and tasty. The best part is the attentiveness of the entire staff, especially Bianca, who, in addition to being friendly, is also a great connoisseur of the region's wines.

I ate here with a Swiss friend who wanted to try the scottona. Very welcoming atmosphere, absolutely excellent meat (we tried braised and sliced). Unfortunately we did not appreciate being repeatedly pressured by the staff to order more or drink wine (ok that it is a piola, but maybe you stop after the first time I tell you that we cannot drink), nor the unavailability of the owner to let us split the payment into two card transactions, considering that in 2025 they do it everywhere and that this created quite a few problems for us. I do not think I will return because we both felt uncomfortable.

Place suggested by a colleague who visited it a few months ago, which offers typical Piedmontese cuisine. Small place, located near Piazza San Carlo, it is advisable to book otherwise it is not easy to find a place. We went for lunch on May 1st, we tasted a Piedmontese journey, which includes a fixed menu with an encore of appetizers, a first course, a second course, dessert and coffee. Friendly and welcoming staff, except for one lady who looks a bit serious and grumpy. There is also a small dehor outside. Must try.

Grande assortimento di pietanze regionali e non solo, il menu cambia in base alla stagione. Ottimo stracotto di cinghiale. Carina anche l'idea della Salsiccia di Bra servita a mo' di battuta al coltello.
