Inside the Byron Hotel, Magnolia offers many emotions thanks to the cuisine of Chef Marco Bernardo, who combines the flavorful cuisine of the South with experiences gained abroad, creating exceptional and refined meat and fish dishes. An extensive and well-chosen wine list is available. The location is small but luxurious and modern, and the staff is at the top levels when it comes to service.

01/06/2025: Tagliolino cacio e pepe con tartare di gamberi veramente spettacolare, anche i ravioli di pesce con zafferano e nero di seppia molto buoni. Frittura di pesce nella norma. Nota negativa: mancavano molte pietanze sia tra il salato che il dolce e anche nella lista vini. Cameriere gentile e simpatico. Conto adeguato
02/05/2025: Di passaggio a Marina siamo capitati in questo ristorante, scelta favorita anche dalla possibilità di prenotazione on line. Bravi anche in questo senso! Abbiamo preso antipasto, primo e secondo. Il pesce è fresco e si sente, i piatti sono curati e gustosi. Più che discreta la carta dei vini. Ambiente gradevolissimo. Piccola pecca nella gestione delle ordinazioni: un cameriere un po' distratto si è perso un po', contribuendo anche con i poco intelligenti vicini di tavolo a una superba discussione in cui si è parlato male delle città di provenienza mia e di mia moglie: Roma e Torino. Lo dico con un sorriso, ma attenzione a queste cose.

21/08/2025: We were passing through and dropped by by chance. The welcome was very warm, the wine tasting was excellent with Leonardo who shared with us the specificities of the estate. I recommend
31/07/2025: We choose this vineyard because not many does sparkling and we wanted to go to one that does it. It turns out to be amazing. We really enjoyed the tasting and the selection. Staff were friendly and experience. We even got more bottles than we planned. Would highly recommend this place.
