Very good quality pizza, fish!! Slightly high price

I went last night with friends for the first time and I must say that we were all surprised to find such a nice, welcoming place, with friendly and very attentive staff, excellent and digestible pizza with delicious ingredients. The place, despite being full, was not noisy and people spoke calmly. Fast service!!

It is a restaurant/pizzeria located in a hamlet of the municipality of Crevalcore, in the lower Bologna area. The place was created where once there was the agricultural consortium, in fact at the back there is still the shed where the agricultural products to be sold were stored. The managers were probably very enthusiastic about their entrepreneurial initiative and tried to set up a place like those seen on the French Riviera, St. Moritz, Cortina, Costa Smeralda etc. Nothing wrong with it, everyone is free to see it as they want. The problem is that prices are significantly higher than they should be: let's say, at least 20% more. I'm not saying the food is bad, I had a pizza and it was good. I then had a dessert that had a high-sounding name but it consisted of 2 spoonfuls of cream ice cream with a little balsamic vinegar (Monari and Federzoni!) for a good 7 euros. The location was also not exceptional, narrow and very noisy due to the excessive crowding of the seats (it would be necessary to check whether the number complies with the legal parameters for safety, fire regulations, etc., I would say no, based on a guess). One thing that struck me very negatively is the completely black uniform of the waiters: how can you tell if it is clean or dirty? I still prefer waiters in white jackets or shirts. Ultimately, a place that knows how to sell itself well with high-sounding expressions of dishes and wines in an attempt to justify decidedly high prices that do not reflect the quality of the dishes and the service. I regularly frequent this restaurant, we can now call ourselves friends. All the guys in the room are always very kind and efficient. Wonderful pizza and very high quality products. Very fresh and very well cooked fish menu. Finally, what can I say: a well-stocked cellar.

I only went for a margherita pizza but it was perfect, just how I wanted it. Even though it was a little late, after the cinema, I digested it very well 👍👍👍. Thank you!!!
