Totally unexpected! The menu outside made us think of fast and cheap. You are welcome here: efficient welcome, smiling staff. Very generous plates, well prepared dishes. Local specialties. Risotto, salmon, Milanese escalope, red meat (cooked to perfection), everything very very good! Random but attentive service, and well made up for by their know-how and their sympathy: No sooner said than done! The icing on the cake: Irish Coffee was not on the menu, and unknown to them. We showed them a photo and gave them the composition: we validated the 3rd test with them! At the top! Thank you because we had a good laugh, a good meal, and they were happy to complete their menu! La Locanda dell'Amore turned out to be a very pleasant discovery for those who love authentic Lombard cuisine. The expertly curated menu offers a selection of dishes that combine tradition and quality, letting the passion and attention to detail in the preparation shine through. What struck us most was the goodness of the dishes combined with quick and efficient service: a balance that is not always easy to find. What made the experience even more special was the availability and kindness of the owner, always careful to make us feel welcomed and at ease. Another aspect to underline is the economic side, which deserves a mention: the prices are decidedly low, an added value. Congratulations to all the staff! We will definitely be back to enjoy their excellent gastronomic offer again. Well done!

Un autentica trattoria italiana, buena comida, precio razonable, porciones generosas de verdad. Lo pintoresco es q lo maneja y atiende una familia oriental, muy amable y eficiente. Muchos clientes locales dan pauta de que la comida es buena. Y la atencion impecable

Our favourite restaurant in Milan! The food is so delicious, and the price is affordable. I lost count of how many mussels I have in my seafood risotto, it's only for 15Euro. Hubby enjoyed his pappardelle al ragu too, it's 10Euro!

While looking for a restaurant for New Year's Eve, we came across the restaurant while strolling through Dia's neighborhood and liked the special menu. We then reserved a table. There was a rich menu on offer. 4 courses with wine and water for Euro 75.00 per person. Absolutely okay. All courses were very tasty and very large. We couldn't eat everything. The service was good and friendly. A recommendation.

This is the best place we have eaten at Milan.Their hospitality at new years eve was incredible !

The lady who takes the orders is very kind! Good food, plentiful and honest price. I would absolutely go back!
