Stumbled upon it by chance and it was an excellent discovery, truly excellent revisited Piedmontese food, good wine, serene environment, fair prices, highly recommended. Exceptional plin, cod starter on exquisite polenta, sublime desserts.

The Locanda del Smile is a small, welcoming environment, like at home with friends. You can really find the smile on the faces of the kind and warm dining room staff. The menu is local but varied, suitable for all needs. The cuisine is varied, pleasant discoveries such as sausage and pumpkin plin alternate with dishes that are not perfectly balanced. On more than one occasion one taste prevailed over the others. Special mention for the hazelnut cake, particularly appreciated.

È un ristorante accogliente, pulito, intimo. Con pochi tavoli. Servizio perfetto, i piatti sono sono ottimi dall'antipasto al dolce

Il locale è poco visibile dalla Piazza ma se si è a Dogliani non lo si può perdere! L’interno con le belle volte in mattoni originali, molto piacevole e molto curato nello stile delle classiche locande piemontesi di una volta . Il menu si basa sulla proposta di piatti tipici della cucina locale ed è al TOP. Consigliatissimo il vitello tonnato e gli altri antipasti come i peperoni con la bagna cauda, la battuta di fassona e imperdibili i Tajarin con il tartufo e i tortelli del Plin . Complimenti per l’ottima e vasta scelta di vini piemontesi. Un grazie particolare alla titolare in sala: attenta , competente e simpatica. Prezzi in relazione alle scelte (Tartufo docet) ma molto corretti.
