A Family-Friendly Gem We had a fantastic dining experience at La Locanda del Gatto Rosso, located right inside the stunning Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The pizza was absolutely delicious — one of the best we’ve had in Milan — with a perfect crust and fresh, flavorful ingredients. What truly stood out, though, was the incredibly kind and attentive staff. They were especially sweet and welcoming towards our daughter, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family. It’s not always easy to find such genuine hospitality, especially in a busy tourist area, but Il Gatto Rosso truly delivered. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to enjoy great food in a beautiful setting with top-notch service!

Great food and service in the heart of Milan with fair prices. It’s very busy but service is excellent and thus feels like organised chaos which didn’t affect our relaxation. I highly suggest having their panettone ice cream dessert if still available. As a massive panettone fan, this was one of the best desserts I ever had in my life.

The food was really delicious — I had the pizza and risotto, and both were excellent. The atmosphere and the place itself are beautiful and well-arranged. The waiters have great attitudes and were very pleasant.

El servicio nada excepcional, solo en orden. Pedimos una ensalada y gnoquis y los dos estaban muy buenos. Recomiendo mucho el pan de entrada que te dan y cuando pides la cuenta te entregar un par de merengues con nuez muy sabrosos. Estar dentro de la galería Vittorio Emanuele ll es algo que simplemente te llena.

Evidemment l'endroit est magique, au beau milieu des galeries. Le spectacle est partout, du ballet des serveurs à la foule bigarrée. Le service est absolument impeccable. Bon bien sur c'est hyper touristique, donc les tarifs sont relativement élevés mais vous ne serez pas déçus. Tout est soigné aux petits oignons

26/05/2025: Bar elegante, raffinato, con tavolini anche all'aperto sulla bella piazza Maggiolino. Non mancano buoni pasticcini e brioches e cocktail. Prezzi da centro città.
03/05/2025: Very nice place in the center, with a nice gallery that can be used even in bad weather. Wonderful staff, young, kind and very helpful.
