I went to eat last night, there were 4 of us. The food was all delicious, the service and hospitality were excellent.
The guy who runs it is very kind.

Nice restaurant, very simple and a bit old-fashioned. The staff is young, friendly, attentive, and always ready. The food is good quality, professionally cooked. The prices are average.

New management by a very young team. The menu is limited and changes seasonally, but that's not a bad thing. The ingredients are seasonal and carefully selected. The classics are always available, so you can't go wrong. I found the price excellent, but I should mention that I booked through an app with a nice discount.

I stopped here for lunch: the restaurant has an indoor dining room and a charming outdoor portico overlooking the fortress.
Speaking with the waiters, I discovered they had recently taken over the restaurant: I saw in them a passion for this profession and a desire to get involved, working on every detail.
The only advice I can give is to review the portions of the various dishes, which are perhaps a little on the small side for the price.
