The new management is made up of young people, and for that alone, they deserve praise for their courage in continuing a business in this day and age. We ate very well; perhaps the tagliatelle, which were delicious, were a bit smaller in portion than other restaurants. Small, not small. Otherwise, everything was very good. Fast service, very welcoming staff, and a beautiful location.

We had dinner on a Sunday in June and had a wonderful time. The restaurant has changed management, and the new owner was very welcoming and happy to suggest different dishes for us to try. I must say, they lived up to our expectations. The outdoor terrace, with its stunning view of the castle and the hills, is spectacular. We'll be back!

We were returning from Bologna and, browsing TheFork, we stumbled upon this little restaurant. The reviews immediately piqued our curiosity, so we decided to stop and try it.
As soon as we arrived, we found a lot of people, but despite the chaos, they greeted us with a smile and seated us without making us feel inconvenienced. The service wasn't perfect, but talking to the staff (including the new owner), we realized they hadn't expected all that bustle. Despite this, they went out of their way and always maintained a kind and helpful attitude.
We loved the family atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, and the obvious desire to improve. We felt at ease and had a truly wonderful evening.
Recommended for anyone in the area who wants a simple, welcoming place with genuine people.

Practically in front of the fortress's entrance bridge. Shaded and comfortable.
The owner is young, knowledgeable, and helpful. The first courses, made with homemade pasta, are delicious; the crescentine, accompanied by a good selection of cured meats, are also excellent.

I stopped by Dozza to admire the town and found this little restaurant that won me over. The staff is young but knowledgeable, the food is excellent, the location is simple but clean and welcoming, and the outside area is very beautiful. Highly recommended.

We found it purely by chance, drawn by the delicious aroma of grilled meat. Pleasantly surprised to find a free table even at the last minute, we were delighted with everything: the friendliness of the staff, the location, the food, and, last but not least, the terrace with a wonderful July breeze. Grateful to have discovered such a place.
