Excellent food! Fresh seafood dishes at fair prices!

An excellent culinary experience in the heart of Monopoli. Although the trattoria was packed (a clear sign of its popularity) and we had to wait a bit to be seated, the wait was worth it for the quality of the food. We enjoyed traditional cuisine made with high-quality ingredients. The appetizer was the real highlight: a fresh seafood selection, with scampi, red shrimp, oysters, and the signature hairy mussels, all undeniably fresh. The appetizers: from raw seafood (scampi, red shrimp, and hairy mussels) to cuttlefish tagliatelle, to hot dishes like battered cod and prawns in tomato sauce. The first course was surprising: artisanal orecchiette with prawns, mussels, and a delicate sweet pepper cream. We finished with perfectly grilled red mullet from Mazara del Vallo. A cuisine that celebrates the traditions of Monopoli and the Adriatic with excellent ingredients. Absolutely worth trying.

It was pleasant surprise, we really didn't not expect to find in a touristic place a restaurant likr this with good quality of food, absolutely local and fresh. Seafood fresh, service friendly. Also in this restaurant where a lot of locals, good sign for me. Try local sparkling wine, really nice. A good surprise for me were the pasta with vongole and beans which were absolutely delicious. Desserts, speechless, absolutely must try. Highly recommend ❤️

Small tables, crowded together, a very noisy atmosphere. Personal experience: acceptable appetizer, risotto (dish of the day) edible for those hungry, overcooked, and undefinable. The price was right in the middle. The only positive thing was the service. Personally, I won't be returning.

Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it. The food is delicious, and the service is impeccable. Remember to book ahead, it's often full.

Delicious daily specials, excellent prices and generous portions

I had the orecchiette with monkfish clams and mushrooms, my wife and daughter had two other first courses, both very good dishes of the day. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante incuriositi dalle ottime recensioni, e devo dire che le aspettative sono state pienamente confermate! L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e il cibo davvero squisito. A fine pasto ci hanno anche offerto gentilmente un dolce tipico della zona, lo Sporcamusso: una vera delizia! Consiglio vivamente questo posto, perfetto sia per pranzi in famiglia che con amici. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!
