During my advanced training at the Truffle Network, I ate and stayed overnight at the family-run Hotel La Genzianella. Hostess Cristiana is the soul of the place—with her heart and soul, she makes you feel immediately welcome. The food is fantastic, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

A great atmosphere...exquisite food... Great attention to detail. Very friendly staff...especially Mrs. Cristiana, who is very knowledgeable. She carries out her work with great passion and professionalism. My wife and I had a great time and would highly recommend it.

On the occasion of lunch for First Communion I really appreciated this restaurant for the original, fresh and delicious dishes served by friendly and professional staff, clean rustic environment with many curiosities inside, wide choice of wines, even fine ones.

Sempre una piacevolissima, consolidata conferma. Titolari e personale gentilissimi e disponibili, locale molto piacevole e situato in mezzo alle alte colline della val Curone. Piatti di altissima qualità, cucinati accuratamente. Materie prime di qualità scelte con grande attenzione alla stagionalità e al territorio. Bravi bravi!

Siamo tornati in questo ristorante perché 10 anni fa ci siamo trovati molto bene, però abbiamo notato che i prezzi sono elevati. I piatti erano quasi tutti buoni, le porzioni dei primi e dei secondi non molto abbondanti. Per gli antipasti vanno bene gli assaggi, ma per i primi e i secondi non erano piatti ricchi. Il menù fisso ci sembra un po' troppo caro a 55 euro. Cibo buono, ma prezzo un po' elevato. Forse è cambiata la gestione?
