Excellent dinner, very kind and competent staff. Highly recommended!

Last night, we had dinner in this beautiful, very well-kept restaurant. Their kindness comes first, they are very attentive to the service, we ate both meat and fish and it was all really delicious, exquisite, the fried fish top and very soft! I would say the kitchen was perfect, fast, with great attention to detail and extremely clean and tidy. You can see that the father and son love this job very much and convey passion in what they do, and that's not for everyone! Thank you so much for this experience, we'll see you again soon! (fair prices for the quality and service they give!)

Quality dishes, precise and fast service

La cucina è superlativa, sempre al top delle materie prime ma anche con tanta qualità dello chef. Ma ancor di più è l’atmosfera di “casa” che ti da a fare la differenza! Quindi mi ricorda quando stai solo nelle grandi città del mondo e vai a cena e desidereresti questa accoglienza e questi sapori. Tutto super ma la pappa al pomodoro “di pesce”…..

Abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene! Gli antipasti erano strepitosi, una vera sorpresa, e i tagliolini al granchio sono stati abbondanti e molto saporiti. I piatti sono generosi, quindi anche se i prezzi sono un po' elevati, almeno le porzioni giustificano l'investimento. L'unica nota stonata riguarda però il comportamento osservato tra il personale. Non è piacevole assistere a situazioni in cui i camerieri, evidentemente meno esperti, vengono trattati in malo modo davanti ai clienti.

The ability to source the best raw materials and treat them just enough to make them simply exceptional, I would say is the calling card of this splendid restaurant. Michele: keep going!

I have been in Poggibonsi for 17 years and I have never been lucky enough to go there as I had never spent much time there because the gallery in which it is located never inspired me as a child, today I discovered and re-evaluated the place and I will definitely go there, the atmosphere inside is very warm and welcoming which makes the staff very warm and friendly. Il Tagliere Toscano has excellent cured meats, as well as good bruschetta and crostini. as regards the food itself, it is spectacular with combinations of flavours, with very good products but also with the right seasonings and perfect cooking of the fish and pasta. They have a good knowledge regarding wine and therefore can only recommend the best one for you. Excellent tiramisu but now I'm curious to do a small dessert tasting as written on the menu :). Among the restaurants in Poggibonsi (but also in the entire Val d'Elsa) this is certainly one of the best (the best in Poggibonsi 😂).
