La Finestra sul Cielo In Mottola

After hearing a lot about it, we came to try this place with high expectations. The location is spectacular, with a special highlight being the wonderful view from above. We had a tasting of both land and sea, with eight different options, each one better than the last. Of course, we couldn't miss the pizza. The dough was truly exquisite and excellent, light, and you could tell it had risen. We were extremely satisfied. Finally, dessert was a must. I personally had the cheesecake and I must say I was truly amazed by the generous portion for only €4, and it was obviously delicious too. All in all, I highly recommend this place, especially for the location and the value for money.

Overall, a positive experience, with an elegant location and beautiful views. We ordered the mixed antipasto (not very generous) and the pizza was truly delicious. The only downside was the wait staff: they were poorly trained, and one waitress in particular, while serving us, allowed herself to be unprofessional, flirtatious, and provocative toward my husband (without, of course, being compelled). I urge the owner to be more careful when choosing her staff, as it impacts the overall customer experience.

Excellent food and a great feeling of cleanliness

We were passing through looking for a restaurant that served more than just pizza. The reviews led us here. It's a bit hidden away, but it has a great, large terrace with a view. The food was incredibly good. The two of us had a mixed appetizer platter, which we highly recommend. Eight small delicacies, beautifully presented. For the second course, we had gnocchetti and spaghettoni. A manageable portion, but incredibly good. We still had room for a tiramisu. Including water and a small Coke, the total price was €56, which was good value for money for us. If you prefer pizza, this one also looked good and was ordered very often.

I'm still having lunch but having tasted the excellent starters I'm sure that the other courses will not disappoint.

Luogo tranquillo con affaccio su un bel panorama. Il personale è stato cordiale e il servizio celere al punto giusto. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, forse mi aspettavo qualcosina di più sul gusto dei primi piatti. I dolci sono super. Ottimo qualità /prezzo. Lo consiglio.
