My rating refers to the restaurant, not the inn's rooms. Therefore, the "Rooms," "Service," and "Location" fields make no sense. I tried reporting this using Google, but I can't find a way.
This is a medium-high level restaurant; its Michelin star is well-deserved. We ate (lunch) in a beautiful and refined setting, the dishes were truly delicious, and the welcome was truly warm, even for our dog.
A special mention for the "torta degli ebrei," a specialty of Finale Emilia, a sort of cheese puff pastry, eaten as an appetizer, wrapped in yellow paper and eaten directly in bites.
Everything was delicious and well-prepared; an experience worth repeating.

We stopped at this delightful restaurant by chance. The staff was extremely friendly, both to us and our dog.
The menu selections were very thoughtful. The rabbit salad was truly excellent, as were the tortellini, both in broth and with parmesan.
The desserts were amazing.
The wine, which Edoardo carefully recommended to us based on our menu, was also excellent.
Note the chef, who waits until the last guest arrives. Her passion for her work shines through.
To be included in a Michelin guide, all it takes is a passion for cooking and the elegant attention to detail we've seen throughout the staff.
