Everything was perfect: the food, the service, the rooms...the well-stocked wine shop (owned by the same owners) just across the street is also a must-visit. It's perfect for a driving license-saving evening. See you soon!

My rating refers to the restaurant, not the inn's rooms. Therefore, the "Rooms," "Service," and "Location" fields make no sense. I tried reporting this using Google, but I can't find a way. This is a medium-high level restaurant; its Michelin star is well-deserved. We ate (lunch) in a beautiful and refined setting, the dishes were truly delicious, and the welcome was truly warm, even for our dog. A special mention for the "torta degli ebrei," a specialty of Finale Emilia, a sort of cheese puff pastry, eaten as an appetizer, wrapped in yellow paper and eaten directly in bites. Everything was delicious and well-prepared; an experience worth repeating.

19/04/2026: Excellent food and wine! We decided to do the tasting menu with also the wine and everything was delicious (especially the tortellini, the duck and also the dessert) and the staff was very helpful!

29/03/2026: The first courses are always very good and plentiful, the gnocco and tigelle are ok, the tagliata is excellent and plentiful, the service is fast and the prices are average 😋
