A very welcoming place. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Impeccable hygiene, easy parking, close to essential services and the city center. I truly felt at home. I will definitely return! I highly recommend it.

Beautiful property, beautifully furnished to exude a warm welcome. The cleanliness is excellent, and the staff is wonderfully courteous. They are extremely kind and attentive to guests' needs, even addressing food intolerances at the generous breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. If we ever pass through Bormio again, it will definitely be our first choice.

Very convenient location, just a two-minute drive from the center of Bormio, convenient for walking to several nearby attractions. A very nice breakfast room, large and spacious room. The TV could be bigger, and perhaps turning the heating up a little every now and then wouldn't hurt. Convenient parking is available, and the common area is very nice. The breakfast was varied and good, and the problem we had with the room was resolved unexpectedly well. We were very pleased.

My 6-year-old son and I vacationed here in July; the location and services far exceeded our expectations: exceptional rooms, a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, and incredibly kind staff. A perfect choice, especially for families, with private rooms with bathrooms and communal areas perfect for spending time even on rainy days. The hotel's location also allows for walks suitable for small children, and there are countless experiences of all kinds nearby: walks with alpacas; high-altitude bobsleigh rides; educational farms; hikes in breathtaking locations; and bike rides. We were very satisfied and happy with our experience, and what can we say about the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the bartender, and especially the delicious dishes from the chef, who was ready to satisfy every request? A highly recommended vacation experience. Thanks again!

From the first moment, we were greeted with great warmth, in a warm and meticulously maintained environment where you immediately felt at home. The quality of the dishes won us over: fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and presentations that exude care and passion. Each course was balanced and authentic, with that extra touch that makes it memorable. One aspect that truly struck us was the kindness of the owner, who stopped to tell us the story of the business, the passion that has guided their work for years, and the enormous care they devote to their animals. Her words convey authenticity, respect for tradition, and a sincere love for what they do. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and professional, always with a smile. Overall, a highly recommended stop for those who want to experience Livigno through its authentic cuisine and the human warmth of those who carry out their work with dedication. We will definitely be back!
