21/07/2025: If you want to drink wine, this is definitely the place to go. I want to come every day. I visited after being recommended by a Japanese acquaintance. The dandy owner was very kind, and even though it was our first visit and we were not familiar with Italian, he kindly recommended wines in English to us. And we were able to enjoy a truly wonderful wine. Rossese di Dolceacqua Superiore DOC Luvaira He chose a wine to go with the tartare, and also took into consideration that we usually prefer wines with a strong brewing effect. The interior of the restaurant, surrounded by a wall of wonderful wines, has a calm and comfortable atmosphere, and I felt like I wanted to come here with a close friend. Many of the dishes were perfectly matched with the wine, and the tartare was exquisite. I felt that if I lived there, I would want to visit every day.

13/07/2025: 10/10! We had our best evening in Rome here. The atmosphere is fantastic, the wine and the advice were excellent, and the food (salmon) was also delicious. Definitely worth the visit; we'd love to come back.
