La Cucina Con Vista In Frascati

I chose this place to celebrate my graduation and was immediately enchanted by it. The location in question has an incredible view, the swimming pool is open all year round, and is an integral part of Villa Mercede, a jewel at the entrance to Frascati, one of my favorite areas of the Castelli Romani. The professionalism of the maître Nicola makes "La cucina con vista" a restaurant of great prominence; he assisted me at all times, making sure my guests were comfortable and enjoying the event, it was as if he was watching over us. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly, in line with the elegance of the venue. The refined and tasty food was the confirmation of having chosen the right restaurant and which I would recommend a million times to everyone, not only to celebrate events but also to spend a quiet evening enjoying a splendid view. Congratulations again to all the staff, well deserved. Keep it up! ❤️

I give 5 stars because I don't want the review score to be lowered.. I respect all activities and people who work.. The cuisine needs to be totally improved... I thought it would be better... it's really a shame because I would go back... staff friendly, clean room with panoramic view.. Unfortunately I question the quality of the dishes prepared... tasteless and lukewarm.. My advice but it matters little.. change the menu!!

Nothing to say about the location, it deserves all 5 stars. Food and service to forget. In Frascati and Rome you can and should eat better for your money.

Experience that will remain in our memories. Welcoming environment, attentive staff throughout the service, refined menu prepared in the right portions and with simple but tasty condiments. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they made our evening very pleasant. Cheers guys!

I give four stars because the cuisine is not up to the level of the service and the environment. Let me explain better, expectations are really very high when you enter, waitresses and maître d's are very professional, the view is suggestive, but then when the dishes arrive everything changes to a smaller scale, the octopus from the starter was hard and rubbery, there things were two or the cooking was completely wrong or it was a very poor quality fish. The chickpeas with truffles don't have the right flavor boost, the first courses are good but nothing exciting, the tiramisu is average. Let's say that this cuisine in a restaurant would have been excellent, a 9, but in that environment we would have to give it a 7. I'm hoping for a bad day, but we will definitely give it a second chance, perhaps for dinner and not for lunch.

An elegant but not formal place. Excellent service with the right level of professionalism and friendliness. The menu is varied and tasty and surprises with its lightness despite its strong but balanced flavours. An interesting discovery and one that will surely see us again soon among their customers.

Five stars for this restaurant are very few believe me.... From every point of view..... Go there to eat and you will agree with me..... Need I say more...??

Atmosfera stupenda. Servizio impeccabile. La cucina è buona ma con una location così eccezionale deve essere un po’ alzato il livello della qualità del cibo. In ogni caso serata meravigliosa

Siamo stati molte volte negli ultimi anni , questa volta hanno cambiato in cucina il personale con risultati mediocri. Il prezzo però è rimasto invariato . Peccato perché si mangiava davvero bene . Per il resto location e personale di sala all’altezza.

Atmosfera stupenda con una vista spettacolare, super consigliato anche per la qualità dei piatti. Metto il massimo dei punti anche per la cordialità del personale.
