Qué hallazgo increíble. Acabábamos de caminar 12 km y nos sentíamos un poco cansados cuando nos topamos con esta fantástica joya de un restaurante. Dos hermanos lo dirigen y eran muy acogedores a los viajeros cansados. La comida era excelente, así como el vino de rosa. También aprendimos sobre los diversos festivales gastronómicos de la zona. Recomiendo encarecidamente este gran restaurante!

The high quality and carefully processed raw materials give the dishes strong, recognizable and appetizing flavours.
One of the most interesting, charismatic and delicious menus I've ever tasted!
The raw fish on stracciatella and citrus oil manages to be delicate, tasty and well balanced.
The rump on velvety sauce with fried battered asparagus melts in your mouth.
The desserts are really pleasant: the meringue with strawberries and delicate Chantilly cream and the delicious chocolate, caramel and gianduia mousse dessert.

A very pleasant surprise in the heart of the Langhe, discovered during a motorbike tour.
We were struck by the kindness right from the telephone contact, when we arrived there we were greeted with a very attentive and present but never excessive service, competence and passion in describing the menu and the wines.
Then the dishes arrived and we were truly speechless: genuine, local and seasonal food cooked with skill and love, refined but tasty, in a word perfect!
Thanks to those who passionately carry forward research and love for the territory, we can't wait to return.

Bellissimo posto, se posso permettermi servizio un po' nervoso pur essendo un menù fisso. Cucina buona ma un po' asciutta, dovuta per lo più al tipo di piatti utilizzati (solo piatti piani) che non permettevano di raccogliere le salse! Dolce da dimenticare!

Familiar village restaurant with star potential
The trattoria in the small town of Serravalle/Langhe is run by the brothers Alessandro, Massimo and Tiziano, who have gained profound experience in fine dining around the world.
In their Piedmontese homeland, they run the inconspicuous trattoria with the motto: taste, passion and simplicity.
This is the secret of the stunning Piedmontese cuisine served in this family business.
The relaxed, enjoyable evening in the trattoria far exceeded our expectations. Thanks to its recommendation in the Michelin Guide 2023, the restaurant has become an insider tip for gourmets - this is also confirmed by the license plates of the cars in the parking lot behind the restaurant: visitors from all over Europe mingle with the Italian ones.
About the menu, which you can combine Mare and Terra as you like:
Gnocchi made from Piedmontese Castelmagno cheese, potatoes and nuts and the ravioli filled with meat from the local black pig with onions tasted excellent.
My wife then tried a plate of raw fish, red prawns and scampi with aromatic citrus sorbet - this only tastes good when using super fresh ingredients.
I chose a duck leg with cherries and delicious mashed potatoes and I didn't regret it either.
The hospitable service from the brothers ensured an enjoyable evening that ended with a sensational dessert.
The trilogy of panna cotta, bunet and nut ice cream tarts was Piedmontese to the power of three.
My crispy gianduja nougat roll with local nut brittle and Barolo granita was a revelation that had a lasting impact on me.
The brothers serve the best from the region to local families and tourists interested in culinary delights. And they remain consistently true to their motto.
