More than worthy restaurant. Cozy and well-kept place, impeccable and very attentive service. Warmed by the warmth of the lit fireplace we were able to taste traditional dishes cooked very well. The fassona tartare, the potato and hazelnut gnocchi stuffed with cheese and the legendary butter tagliatelle are highly recommended. We have added some excellent prized white truffles. The desserts are also of a high standard. All accompanied by an excellent Barolo. Amazing lunch. Costs in line with how much eaten. Honest

Una splendida giornata passata nelle langhe vestite di autunno, coronata da un fantastico pranzo a base di piatti conditi con i primi profumatissimi tartufi e annaffiata da un grande barolo d’annata.

Absolutamente excepcional en todos los sentidos. La calidez de los 3 hermanos / propietarios es evidente tan pronto como entras por la puerta. Ellos estarán encantados de contarle su historia y responder a cualquier pregunta sobre la comida, la historia, el vino, ¡lo que sea!
La comida está en otro nivel. Los tres aperitivos eran estupendos - cebolla carmelizada con paté de hígado de pollo, tarta de calabaza, y atún y camarones - simplemente vaya. Teníamos vieiras a la parrilla y carne wagyu para nuestras entradas. Ambos fueron maravillosos. El wagyu fue la carne tierna más deliciosa que hemos probado.
Los desiertos eran tan especiales como el resto de la comida.
No podríamos ser más felices.
