I’ve been going to La Coccinella since 2021. Every time any of my friends or family come over and I want them to try the best pizza in Milano, I take them there. They all agree that the food is really delicious (i’m vegan so I always order a Marinara which is so good) I love that it is a small place as well, so I would recommend booking to guarantee a table.

Went here on the first night of my stay. Phenomenal value for the pizza in a small and welcoming restaurant. One of the best pizzas I've had, 5 stars well deserved.

Very tasty pizza with fair prices. I had the Buffalina and I was very happy with it, a lot of tomato sauce, not too much, and a sufficient amount of cheese, a very good balance in all. The staff was also very friendly and a very pleasant atmosphere without loud music. Definitely worth a visit

Pizza davvero buona e a prezzi contenutissimi, era tempo che non spendevo così poco per una classica pizza+birra, per giunta di buona qualità! Impasto ben cotto, cornicione alto ma non troppo e ingredienti gustosi. La scelta è davvero ampia e spazia da pizze a tronchetti e calzoni fantasiosi. Il locale è piccolo e piacevole e il personale, pur non essendo numeroso, è rapidissimo nel servizio e molto gentile. Davvero consigliato, specie perché rispetto alle altre pizzerie della zona Isola si spende davvero poco senza nulla togliere al gusto.

Piccola pizzeria con prezzi contenuti e pizza ottima. Servizio cortese, preciso e veloce. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere
