Encontré este pequeño lugar por accidente. Muy “fuera del camino” en las colinas cerca de Montefollonico, pero que gran sorpresa! Gran comida, personal súper amable y vistas espectaculares a través de la campiña toscana. Vale la pena encontrarlo.

A fantastic location between Montalcino and Montepulciano with a magnificent view. The property is very well-maintained and leaves nothing to be desired. A beautiful pool area with a view of Montepulciano, plenty of loungers and shade, some under olive trees. The restaurant offers creative cuisine in a unique setting under the trees, with a view and atmosphere.

Great experience with Cook in Tuscany, variety of meals, restaurant visits and hands on (literally) pasta instruction. Linda, George, Francesca and staff were wonderful, answered any questions and led our travels. Enjoyed meeting the other guests, especially the east coast contingent and Bev and Joanie. Highly recommend, I got on the wait list in November and a spot opened within a month or two. Rooms are lovely!

Hotel is a historic olive mill almost on top of the mountain with spacious grounds with an active vineyard, olive grove and honey farm. Restaurant employs chefs who serve savory Tuscan dishes.

Superb place to stay in a fabulous setting, with highly-attentive staff and great food. Nice views of Montepulciano. Would strongly recommend.

This place was a discovery that exceeds all expectations. From the professional and kind staff, Eleonora is truly a super professional girl and available to help you as best as possible with her advice. Clean and really very, very nice rooms. The location is in a magical setting that takes your breath away. If you want to visit Tuscany this is the ideal place.

The overall taste of the food was very, very good. I came here after receiving a recommendation from a traveler who was eating at another restaurant. I visited without a reservation, and although it was late, I was greeted warmly. There were no Koreans at all, and it was in a really small town, but all the food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and I remember all the friendly staff who did their best to explain the menu in English. The balsamic sauce I tried and bought here is really delicious.

We thoroughly enjoyed Easter brunch at Chiusa. The food is very fresh, imaginative and delicious combining lots of interesting flavors with a beautiful presentation. The servers were attentive and informative knowing their wines and spirits well. The owner greeted all the customers at their table before and after their meals which was a nice added touch. The views surrounding the property were incredible! You could see 4 towns in a panoramic view, including Montepulciano. Very easy to get to by car. Do not miss this place!

Amazing place in an amazing place! We had the pleasure of a girls weekend here- between the 4 wheeler experience, wine tasting, cooking class and truffle hunting with dogs all on the property - you will always find something for EVERYONE! What a treasure- can’t wait to be back!! Thank you, Whitney!!

¡Qué experiencia increíble! Mi esposa y yo estábamos de luna de miel el 01 de enero de 2025 , y tuvimos el privilegio de tomar una clase de cocina con Antonetta (sp) . Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos bienvenidos a pesar de la barrera del idioma. La experiencia comenzó con ella sirviéndonos vino y luego llevándonos al jardín a recoger hierbas para una de las salsas que haríamos. Luego, tuvimos el privilegio de conocer a Gabriella, nuestra intérprete y asistente por la noche. Hicimos dos tipos de pasta y aprendimos todo sobre la cocina italiana. No pensamos que la noche podría mejorar, pero luego nos sentamos en un restaurante toscano vacío (que teníamos para nosotros). Era como algo sacado de una película romántica. Luego conocimos a Lauren, nuestra servidora, quien nos sirvió más vino mientras Antoinetta daba los toques finales a la salsa. La comida que hicimos fue deliciosa, pero la experiencia fue la más memorable de nuestra luna de miel. Si eres capaz de participar en esta actividad, no pienses en ello - ¡solo hazlo! Nos hubiera gustado pagar más.
