You can truly taste the difference, from the perfectly cooked vegetables like zucchini and pumpkin to the artisanal piadina doughs, handmade with great care. The selection is surprising: spelt piadinas, 8-grain piadinas, piadinas with potatoes and turmeric, and even a lactose-free version, all delicious and light. A delicious piadina shop just steps from the town hall and Piazza Diaz. The piadinas are well-topped and made with quality ingredients. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The special grain and spelt doughs are outstanding. The classic dough is also very good. I recommend the Ortolana and Crudo piadinas.

The best place I could find for my lunch break, just steps from the Duomo. Excellent piadina, a wide variety of ingredients, classic options, and plenty of alternatives. They also have a variety of fish and vegetarian options. The place is small but cozy, with a bathroom. The prices are super fair. The staff are very friendly. In short, a little corner of kindness, tranquility, and good food, right in the middle of chaotic Milan. I saved it because if I ever pass by again, I'll definitely be back! If you want a good, quality, and quick lunch, I highly recommend it.
