Takeout was easy after a quick phone call. We had pizza and pasta, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly, and communication in English wasn't a problem either. The atmosphere is lovely :)

The restaurant is open year-round. Special events are available here. The food is delicious, with attention to detail. The house wine is also delicious. The prices are truly attractive. The Polish waitress carries the entire service on her shoulders! Exceptionally friendly and professional. We'll gladly return for a good dinner 🙂

I always go to La Casina when I come to Viareggio. It's an excellent restaurant. Lately, I noticed they introduced a cover charge; it was one of the very few restaurants that didn't charge one.

Excellent food and price, but the service leaves something to be desired. We waited over an hour for a fried dish, and the dishes didn't all come out at the same time.

Ci siamo tornati dopo quasi 5 anni, bellissimo riassaporare la stessa atmosfera e la qualità del cacciucco. Unica nota non positiva la presenza dei cani, belli a chi piacciono ma poco graditi per mangiarci vicino soprattutto se grossi!

09/07/2025: We had an anniversary dinner at Il Melograni. We were a family with 3 generations present. The food and service was amazing. We had preordered the meal with a cake for dessert. Beatiful and tasty cake and my parents were superhappy with the food and arrangements. I highly recommend the restaurant. Well done, Matteo and the rest of the team.

15/08/2025: This restaurant was a great find on a Friday night. The welcome was fantastic. There were eight of us, and the owner and waitresses were very friendly. There was a fantastic atmosphere, and the pizzas were delicious. I'd especially like to thank the blonde lady, whose name I unfortunately didn't ask, but I hope you recognize her. We thought of you on our way back (small photo attached). Thanks again, and go if you want to have a good time ☺️
10/08/2025: The best restaurant, within walking distance of our hotel. The value for money is perfect. Everything is delicious. They spontaneously cater to all guests' dietary requests. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the restaurant. The service is even very friendly and German-speaking. A well-deserved 5 stars. Thank you for the delicious dinners... :) Best regards from the two German couples x)
