I had dinner at Osteria La Carabaccia and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is welcoming and well-kept, with a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and are rich in flavor: you can sense the attention to both the cuisine and tradition. The service was impeccable! The host was super helpful and attentive. Excellent value for money. If you're looking for a place to eat well in La Spezia, away from the typical touristy restaurants, this osteria is definitely worth a visit. I would definitely go back!

It was truly a pleasure discovering the region's specialties in Massimo's company. He took the time to explain each dish as if he were inviting us into his own home. His restaurant was a true haven of authenticity and simplicity, a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of La Spezia's nightlife. However, reservations are absolutely essential, as the restaurant has very few tables. It was truly a pleasure discovering the region's specialties in Massimo's company. The experience going here was one of the very best we've ever had. The host was incredibly charming, nice, and easy to talk to. The food was delicious, unique, and from the soul. In the background they played Sade among other chill jazzy tunes. This was a truly amazing experience and we hope to come back one day. Such a good price as well. Highly recommend! Buonissimo!

The creativity and flawless execution of the dishes are what make this restaurant famous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The risotto al bacalla, the house specialty, was a delight. The owner's warm welcome adds to the charm of the place. While this restaurant hardly needs advertising, its excellence deserves all the praise we've received. A huge thank you.
