Excellent wine selection and excellent first courses. The tiramisu is delicious! It takes a while to get there, but once you get there, you feel right at home. The atmosphere is quiet, rustic, and well-kept. Prices are reasonable. Recommended.

A wonderful discovery among the flavors of Garfagnana We stumbled upon it almost by accident while searching Google for a place to eat, and what a lovely surprise! After booking a table for two, we were warmly welcomed and seated under a charming outdoor veranda. The ambiance is simple yet refined, perfect for enjoying a quiet dinner. The menu offers a rich selection of traditional Garfagnana dishes, featuring local products and truly interesting pairings. We started with the "della Capannina" appetizer: a riot of local flavors with cured meats, crostini, farro, and other delicacies. Next up were farro flour gnocchi with pecorino cheese and speck fondue (creamy and flavorful), chestnut flour pappardelle with leeks and sausage (a rustic and well-balanced dish), and a surprising rabbit stuffed with sausage, cavolo nero, and chestnut sauce, accompanied by roast potatoes ordered separately. They even offered us a taste of fried porcini mushrooms! The finale was worthy of applause: chestnut fritters (Necci) with ricotta and chocolate, served in a generous six-piece platter, despite there being only two of us! Generous portions, excellent quality, more than fair prices, and a warm welcome. An experience we enthusiastically recommend. See you next time!
