Salmastro Ristorante In Viareggio

The restaurant is located inside a beach resort, which is very nice in Viareggio. Despite the scorching heat, we had a great time thanks to the fans well-distributed on the veranda. The cuisine was excellent. At first glance at the menu, I was disappointed to find "simple" dishes—typical without a doubt... but I had to change my mind due to the quality! We had gnocchi with arugula, stracciatella, and scampi—spectacular. Next, a grilled prawn, scampi, tuna, and vegetables—and again, compliments. And looking at the dishes at the neighboring tables, I have to say I had a good impression! A small note on greater attention to both the glasses to match the wine chosen and the chipped tableware, in our case a bowl to collect the shells. Sometimes even these little touches add something special! For everything else, truly excellent.

Everything was perfect, we had a great time, they also have a vast gluten-free menu. I recommend it.
